Haven't opened the box up yet because its a shower gift. Keeping fingers cross its ok from being shipped..

I hope to receive the camera by the end of this week

Updated 10/26/15: received on Friday, as promised.

Box was opened when I received. After checking the video quality I noticed there is an issue with sound.

I wish there were photos and a better descriptions of the product.Also, the camera manual was not shipped with my order. I would like that too.

I don't understand why the shipping and billing addresses need to be the same. It's inconvenient for shoppers.

Great service. Product in great condition.
I might only advise stronger shipping materials, especially for such delicate products.

Very quick and no glitches - i do hope it will arive / 10 day shipment came next day - but who knows why...
