Handle was broke on the camcorder. I paid for overnight because I needed it. When I called and said it was broke the only option I was given was to send it back and wait 10-14 days. Unacceptable.

I bought a lens lens for a wedding that I was going to shoot less than a week away. The lens was much cheaper on this site and I received it in great time in Perfect condition.

Half the experience is finding the product and paying for it online. The other half is getting the product in a timely manner and in good shape. They excelled in both!

The box was delivered smashed and the box containing the camera was smashed too. Miraculously, the camera was not damaged. Why there was zero packing material is a mystery too.

I did not receive a mannul for my camera. I am disappointed about that! The price was great. Lower than others. I am now trying to find a mannul, because I don't want to mess it up.

Checked the internet and this was the best price for a Nikon D5200 camera. Ordered the camera on Tuesday using regular shipping, received it on Thursday! Very nice camera.

It was not made clear on your website that the Nikon d5300 was a grey market camera? Nikon cannot find the serial numbers. I hope it was grey market and not a fake
