They werent able to fix my computer return it to me and wait 2 months for my refund i ask for it told me that the refund was send but that was a lie i had to call my bank and they got the money for me. Dont do bussines with this people and dont believe the persons who say they got a refund.
I sent my son's Mazda ecu to G7 Computers. Within a 24-hours, they identified a software failure on the board, repaired, emailed results, and shipped out. I sent (overnight) on a Wednesday and received back (USPS Priority) on Monday. A very cost effective and quick way to troubleshoot the problem!
Unfortunately our BCM wasn't repaired, but we were quickly refunded everything but our original shipping costs, as agreed. The turnaround was quick, and the response when the issue persisted was timely and thorough. No complaints at all!
G7 has done exactly as advertised. Sent my BCM to them and received a prompt reply that my original had been received. Got another notice two days later saying the iteam had been repaired and was in the mail along with a tracking number. Turn-a-round is one week along with a note providing instructions on using the repaired part. I appreciate prompt cmmunications and G7 delivers. Obviously well managed and knows good customer service. Part yet to be installed but I'm betting on great resuts with this team. JB Greenwood SC
I should have listened to VAM B. I got the same results after they promised to fix my computer for an Isuzu NPR. The issue was vehicle would not accelerate due to a software issue. I explained it to them and they claimed to be very familiar with the issue. Well, After a week and a half I received it back with the Same issue. I quickly got in touch with them and their respond was to send my computer back to them and they would refund the money. If I send it back the vehicle will not start. I ended up purchasing an IDSS laptop for 3500 and did it myself. Very disappointed at this company. I will also like Van B. Will not do business with them.

I sent my body control module on January 3rd. It arrived in their shop on the 6th. I waited and waited no answer to phone calls or emails for 5 days. Finely they responded and said it was returned to their shop. They were going to send it UPS. Many days later nothing! I contacted them again. Told them again no package and no tracking number. They responded again many days later we can't find the tracking number. I'm starting to have a high speed come apart by now. Last Friday the 20th they send a tracking number from UPS. Package was not picked up on Friday the 20th. It's Monday the 23rd now and the package is still not picked up or taken to the shipper. I've been in business for 48 years and I have UPS and FedEx frequent my shop almost daily. These guys are full of it! In the business, I've called around to other service companies that repair these types of systems and they all said these guys are shady and they are a mess. I will be filing against G7 Computers if I don't see my repaired or replaced with full programming BCM for my $40,000 dollar truck. What they don't comprehend is the cost to replace, program and tow the vehicle to the dealership.

My ABS module was beyond repair. G7 Computers promptly returned my module. They didn't charge for cost of diagnostic time or return shipping (which I would have no problem paying).
Fast turn around, great communication, and honest! Sent my computer in and they said they found a hardware problem and repaired it, but after installing the PCM and having the same problem I decided to trust there work and assume the PCM was not causing it, and sure enough I found multiple other problems causing my issues 5 stars

Unfortunately G7 Computers couldn't repair my KIA computer they were prompt to refund my money, I will not hesitate to send them another computer if ever I have the need to do so. The turn around was fast and they seem to be an honorable company to deal with.

Please contact us and we will make sure to resolve this with you 100%. All computers are tested before and after we work on them, and the computer would not ship out worse than when you sent it. There must be something else faulty with the vehicle.

Hello world, over one month ago I sent my computer from my 2007 Saab to G7 computer repair in New York, I have left many voice messages to the number *******179, I wanted to speak to someone to verify if my computer got there and to see if this company is even alive, I never received any calls or emails, It has been well over a month now, I call but get no answer and no were, I'm in the prosses of filing A complaint but unfortunately that won't get my computer back..
