I purchased a Genshin account on this platform after being assured that should any issue arise they would help me or refund directly. What actually happened was that they ghosted me for 2 weeks in hopes I messed up and scam me out of the 566,27€ I paid for the account.
After filing a chargeback on the 26th of January with my financial institution, they reluctantly agreed to refund me on the 27th. However, out of the amount of money I paid they're refunding 525,00€ due to made up reasons that haven't been shared to me or stated anywhere.
Any potential user on this platform should be aware that this company only cares about profits and they will make you lose any amount of money as long as they can keep a commission. Users should read their terms of service before carrying out any transaction because they will use it in their favour to strip those unaware to the best of their possibilities.

I was gonna buy something and i put my credit card infomation and buy something that i wanted but right when i klicked buy it said "Det här kortet kan inte användas för betalningen. Försök med ett annat kort."
Which means this card cant be used for buying stuff but earlier it was working not only this is bad. I get that you have to put your credit card info and more but why the location like what. Absolutelty trash website dont buy from it.

I Purchased a carrier for Eve echoes on G2G for 145$
The seller lied to my face multiple times have all screens shots of the conversation. The seller realized that the amount that they posted for the item I was purchasing was way below market value and refused to give me my item and forced canceled the purchase. Was also told they then were out of stock, after the cancellation procured the item went back on the market for 175$ even though they told me they had no stock. I reported the seller to G2G They did absolutely nothing to help me in any way shape or form. They shrugged me off as a customer and sided with the seller 100%. G2G as a Company has 0 Customer Service skills I Have since gotten my money back for what I purchased but shouldn't be forced as a buyer to cancel my purchase to benefit a seller. Several tickets were submitted and all were shrugged off with absolutely no response except a closed ticket. G2G Needs a -5 star review, not a 1
Company also did not issue a full refund they kept the processing fee of over 5$

I will start to say that before the surprising negative experience I had with Customer support, all I had to say was really positive, but after one of my last transfer I had as a seller, it completely changed the good opinion I had about G2G.
About a week ago I was about to collect the funds from a transfer that I did, when from a sudden I got an email from Customer support saying the transfer was canceled because somehow I knew the buyer/had a relationship with him/ i couldn't buy from myself... I was waking up when I read that, so I though to myself that maybe it wasn't for me or a mistake was made. After reading it again I could confirm what I read before, so I wrote back asking them to justify those accusations, because I´m 100% sure that a mistake was made. I don't know the buyer (or any at all), never spoke to him outside the g2g chat (for the transfer), and how stupid would be to buy from myself and lose money to lose g2g... well, in my mind I cant even understand that logic! So, hopping that I would get some reasoning feedback to try to understand and review the facts, all I got was: your funds will be blocked for 6 months, this is the final decision. Basically you get to "go to jail" without "committing any crime" or doing anything wrong. I´ve tried to call them to reason, but looked like a dictator way of doing justice.
