Awful

I bought a Windows key from them that I was never able to get to work. Their site says they guarantee their products but I was literally told to buy a new copy of windows (which, duh, when you do that, it comes with its own key, why would you need their key?). They even told me to take my computer into a tech support place. I'm looking into suing them and have already contacted an attorney I've worked with in consumer fraud.

Shocking

So … this time last year I had a bad experience and lost a Steam gift card to the absolute criminals!

This year stupid me went back for another and I went to redeem the code and lo and behold it's been redeemed already.

This is the catch as the seller knows fine well Steam won't give me details of the card or anything else only the seller can get this info! They know this and I'm not the only one who this specific seller does it to as the exact same issue with another customer that same day for the same product at the same price!

The second time this has happened do yourself a favour and avoid them specifically seller Ultimate_choices

They could easily have put this right but they are hoping I back down! Shocking

Worst company with the shadiest sellers.

I bought a digital game and received a dlc for the game instead. G2A and the seller continuously refused to refund me my money even though the code was never used. Selling items as one item and then being another is completely fraud, luckily I wasn't spending a bunch of money. This is the worst company I have ever done business with and will pay full price for something before I will ever give them my business again. Use CDKeys or any other business and never consider this company ever.

Horrible Experience STAY-AWAY!

I purchased a game from them a week ago. I never got to play the game one time. And they refused to give me any type of refund. They are shady when it comes to handling customer service. I would not buy from them. If there is a problem they will screw you over. There are tons of other companies that will treat you better if there is ever and issue.

Lots of issues

It has many issues. Sent exact bitcoin btc amount and order is still awaiting payment despite several hours having passed. Not good. It is only a matter of time before they are on ripoffreport.com and this is a truthful review.

They use your cards saved on you goggle account to take your money. I lost around 100 euros with 5 transactions in 1 day. I immediately blocked my card but the 100 euros are gone. When I wrote to them they blocked the account because they wanted to hide my review on their site. Please don't buy from that site

I brought a 'key' from one their sellers. It was an illegal key and when I reached out to G2A they didn't wants to do anything about it. That same seller has hundreds of complaints about a similar thing (Siastore) yet they do nothing about it. Zero customer service or protection if something goes wrong.

It's a total fraud

It's a total fraud. I purchased a Kaspersky license from them which turned out to be fake. G2A refused help of any sort, I followed it up with the seller, and they gave me another license in exchange for me updating their bad review (which I was naive enough to do), the second license went invalid in a day and turned out to be fake, no respond from the seller afterward.

Back to the G2A, they asked to wait for a week and if no refund took place, come back to us, which I did. Their response then was to go to the police, file a report, send us a copy of that with your full personal information and they will submit it to authorities. Long story short, if you buy something from someone random in the street you will get better support and a higher chance of a good purchase.

Kept best for the last, they will charge you a mandatory fee apart from the license you buy for their service! I strongly suggest avoiding them, as you just will lose your hard-earned money.

If you've used G2A, you know that there are three things you always need to do when you purchase.

The first is to deactivate G2A shield, to avoid paying 3 extra euros with every purchase.
The second is to agree to their terms, while also denying their spam.
Thirdly, you need to opt-out of their "free 7 day trial". Every single time.
And if you don't remember to opt-out, you have to manually cancel the payment they register on your paypal. Even if you choose one-time payment.

There's also the fact that they state the total cost is one thing but you always have to pay more because of their hidden fee.

You simply get no peace of mind with G2A.
Use a different marketplace for keys.

G2A itself cannot be recommended at all due to the acceptance of fraud. I bought a gift card from a seller, who then provided me with a wrong code.
The contacted seller did not react at all and also the G2A support was not trying to help (only sending standard messages).
What make it clear that the marketplace is clearly not to recommend at all is when I posted a negative rating. Then magically the seller answered but demanded that I change my rating and not willing to do anything before.
And also that was completely ignored by the G2A support. They now send you to the police, in the hope that you give up then or after that give you more excuses.
Stay away from this market place

Scam

This site is piece of crap. Bought windows 10 key which says in description that you can activate only 1 PC like this key is OEM. Tried to activate 2 PCs and it successfully activated. Tried to reach support. Support is saying prove with screenshots or photos. I done around 30 pictures where you can easily see that there's 2PC activated. However after few days key stopped working. Again i should prove that its not working and i cant anyways activate my OS. Support said to go to police and make report :D really thats how they working? They videos that money back guarantee is not easy as they showing!

So never buy anything from this site they are scammers and its waste of time to prove something.

G2A does not help its customers that are sold keygen or illegal keys by sellers. Creating a ticket and having them help you revolves around you sending in a ticket and waiting 72 hrs for a response and each time there is another task you have to complete to string you along. They do not care about the customer or have any remorse for the scams that they and their sellers are running. G2A requested that I contact the software developer to confirm that the key was illegitimate (which it was) and then send a screen shot to them. Then G2A would not process my ticket unless I made a police report or it would be rejected. Absolutely disgusting how there is literally no customer support.

Scammers Galore

Scammers are the main thing on this site - do not trust them with your money you will never see it again the money back guarantee is closed the instant you open it with some random reason then you cannot open it again and they will ignore any messages you send. Also now get alot of junk mail (gmail deals with it) but is no doubt from using this site.

Do NOT buy from G2A.com

I would provide zero stars if it were an option. I purchased two 6 month xbox ultimate keys. When I redeemed the keys, one worked and one said it was already redeemed. I reached out to the seller, they said I had to contact Microsoft. I chatted with Microsoft 5 times per sellers instructions. Found out second code that was already redeemed on someone else's account was only a 2 month promo code, NOT a 6 month key. Seller called me a scammer and refused to do anything. I reached out to G2A and filed a claim, G2A keeps saying to work with seller even though seller says contact G2A.Seller is a scammer and G2A does nothing to help.

What a bad time
March 4, 2016

Problem with buying minecraft, so I just asked for the order to be cancelled and my money be refunded. They still have not cancelled the order, it is sitting in a processing stage of the transaction so I can't even see the key. They have yet to refund me, and stopped replying to my ticket. Last response from them was now two days ago. Mistake me if I'm wrong but it is illegal to not supply the goods if an amount has been paid. So the fact they are not refunding me, or giving me the game code is downright illegal. The customer support is a fu@$ing joke! Their prices are good but if something goes wrong your are entirely and utterly F*&KED

*Contact seller and explain problem
*Seller replies: "and?"
*Support Team takes over the case
*G2A closes case in seller's favor saying I have succesfully added the game to my account. (lol)
*Keeps straight face with less 20 euros and no game.

Unbelievable. I will never purchase again from this scam website and also, I would advise anyone not to.

Worst company ever

Worst company, never helped fixing issues for their security card system that denied my card every single time. Countless emails and could never give a straight forward answer to why transaction would fail when paying, but i would still be charged. It would later take a day or two to get the refund, that happening at least more than 10 times now is telling me this company doesnt know how their own security system works for their credit card transactions. They just tell me "thats just how our security system works" without giving me the specifics to WHY I keep getting declined payment. I will never use G2A to pay for ANYTHING ever again, waste of time.

Serial key didn't work. Unsuccessfully attempted to contact seller for a refund.

Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 did not install due to a unrecognized serial key.
Contacting the seller through their website did not work after several attempts. Buggy website makes this a frustrating experience

Scam artists

They lie about products, don't tell you need to change your VPN to the $#*! of the earth in the marketed item and their refund process is what's called refund deterrent. They actually ask you to fill a claim with your local police department, and if you actually do, there's more red tape to jump through. It's a 3rd party site Ran by scammers. Stay the hell away.
