Got scammed when i bought a game, as the key i got were already used by someone else.
I went through the prosess of getting the requested documentations needed to get the "guaranteed money back" but they still don't help. The seller sendt another used key, and after that nothing have happened.
It have now gone about a month and a half since i bought the game.
I've bought a Amazon 100 dollar gift card. Which I've received right away. Went to redeem the code which didnt work. A message popped up telling me it was already activated. So I went back to the seller who didn't respond untill 2 days later asking me for screens. I have sended what was asked for. After that no response. Went looking a the sellers rating which went to 99 procent it had like 14 negative reactions most with the same thing as, all of them recieved already used products. Few hours later looked again now the rating is 100 procent and all our ratings removed. Only if you go look further you'll find 184 bad reviews on the seller dating back till September 2021. Seller being able to remove ratings and raising back the percentage is crazy. The way G2A looks make it look like it's safe and legit. But this way it seems like they covering and helping out the scammers. Hope I'll get a refund or a working product. Kinda crazy shouldve googled first
Just wasted some money with these crooks. Buyed 2 packs and received only crapp games. Also from 10 games I received 2 duplicates. Asked for a refund, seller refused to contact me. G2A "help" was non existent. Just a crappy answer solve your problem with the seller. From our point of view all is ok. Forgot to say about anouncing the fraud to the Police station, have a stamped original report with stamp to prove that. So. This site is a very bad joke. DON'T WASTE MONEY WITH THEM! You will get only $#*!ty, overvalued games.
This has been the absolute worst experience of my life in purchasing online product. I purchased the product almost one week ago the payment went through and they presented me with the code that did not work. I have been contacting customer support every single day, I have sent over 10 to 15 emails without a single response. They basically stole my money and stopped answering me. DO NOT use this site
Never been so disappointed by a website which sell keys...
I got scammed by a seller named "Allengames", and I asked for refund by opening a ticket.
After 3 WEEKS got the answer that if I d like to recive the refund I had to go the LOCAL POLICE like WTF!?
And to get answers you have to wait 72 hrs min, they usually take 1 week to answer.
Im embarassed by them, dont ever buy keys on this "site" do yourself a favour.
You will receive duplicates, the bundles aren't random but the exact same skins and items. They won't refund you and they don't mention anywhere that's how this works. False advertising.
This is the worst site to buy anything from. They will suspend and ban you account with out warning or why. Run far, far away from this site.
Really folks, dont risk it!
I purchased a MS365 key (Office365) which was promptly delivered, but it never worked. Once entered into Microsoft's admin portal, none of separate products were activated, and no expiry date was shown. When I first contacted the vendor (with a screenshot of the error), they simply claimed "We have delivered everything you ordered" and suggested I contact Microsoft Support. They also claimed they were an official Microsoft partner, but no details could be found on the Partner Portal, and they refused to supply their registered partner address or partner ID number (highly suspicious, no?).
I wasted more than 21 hours (spread over several days) in online chat and remote control sessions with Microsoft Support before we collectively concluded the supplied key didn't work. [As a separate issue, you really would think Microsoft would be able to tell immediately whether a key was valid - but apparently not!]
I let the vendor know all this, and they just stayed defensive, asked for screenshots of support conversations (which of course I didn't have), and refused to assist me if I could not provide them with material I didn't have.
Judging from other comments and reviews from other buyers, this seems pretty typical behaviour.
Eventually, I just bought a licence from another company (Blue Nandu) and asked my credit card company to get a refund for me (as I held them jointly liable for the supply of defective goods). A couple of days after getting my credit card refund, G2A sent me a mail saying
"Your G2A account has been blocked due to anomalous activity that our system detected. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but this decision will not be changed. Your account will remain blocked."
I assume they were annoyed because the credit card company will have taken back the money.
Funnily enough, I now seem to be receiving extraordinary amounts of spam to my e-mail account. I'm sure it's just a coincidence.
While usualy keys work, when they don´t work they supposed money back guarantee is lie. Custommer support ask you to file the claim with local police to solve their inability to get money from fraudant seller. Stay away if you dont want to loose your money.
I have all supporting evidences to what I have written below.
This company is the worst end users fraudulent ever. I bought two Adobe products from a seller on their page, and the keys provided for the two products both were fake and did not work, and I could not even register them on my Adobe account. I have had many communications with seller, and he kept sharing fake product keys and I reached no were. When I reported to G2A for the "money back guarantee", I found out that G2A is a bigger fraud company, and probably a fraud partner with the fake seller. They started by asking for a purchase prove, even though I have purchased it from them, I submitted that, then they asked to show them screenshots showing that the product key is not working, I did, then, they said I must contact adobe support and get them some additional info, which I did. Simply every reply they come up with a different request, and multiple repeated requests, and all provided, and sometime a new fake key that also does not work, then back to screenshot inquiries, and finally they came up with the most ridicules request, asking my to report the seller (who is online and God knows in which country), to my local police authorities and send them a police report and the police must confirm that this is a fraud, etc.
Basically, I have no spent months without getting my money back, and clearly they have a systematic fraud process in place to make buyers give up and stop asking for a refund after they are tired of the months of back and fourth endless cycles.
Even some of the "good review", those are fake reviews for people working for them, this is what I found after I managed to reach to a person who used to work from them and he has quit after he found out about their fraud business.
I bought a Windows key from them that I was never able to get to work. Their site says they guarantee their products but I was literally told to buy a new copy of windows (which, duh, when you do that, it comes with its own key, why would you need their key?). They even told me to take my computer into a tech support place. I'm looking into suing them and have already contacted an attorney I've worked with in consumer fraud.
I've bought a code for Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition through them from a seller who sent me a code which was not for the country I was buying it for (USA) and I couldn't redeem it. After I raised a ticket and seller ignored me, G2A said the only way I can get my money back (even though they guarantee money return) is by reporting seller to the police and delivering them the evidence, even though they already had all the evidences I've been given the wrong code (which they could've tried out themselves too), they were unwilling to refund. I can't report seller to the police as it's below 100$ and he's from a different country. I lost 60$ in the process.
The title says it all, never ever go there to be a fallen prey, it's filled with scammers and these customer agent's won't do anything if there is any problem, the only thing they do is to collect extra fees from you
My recent dealing with this site and it's my last. Their money-back crap is a joke. In order to get your money back you have to file a fraud charge on your bank account. What that does is locks your account and puts more of a headache on your end. So I highly suggest avoiding the site. They have no control over the sellers whatsoever. Plus the sellers suck if you try getting ahold of them. It's like English isn't understood. After 3 weeks of trying to get 10 bucks back off a seller that mislabeled a game, I pretty much told them to f off. The aggravation isn't worth the headache. So yeah avoid this site. Use steam epic etc.
I had bought the upgrade edition of the elders of scroll online high isle and paid since February and it turns out that now they return the product to me, and they reimburse me in credit from the website itself, the product has risen a lot in price, it does have keys but They want to sell them more expensive... and they are still slow... some thieves... I have bought in Eneba and in Gamivo and I have never had a problem, they have stolen me on this website... I don't even have the money to go buy the product from another website... THIEVES scammers
Weird site, i bought a game from their marketplace which was very, maybe too cheap. As i thought it was an invalid key. So i reported the obvious scammer. G2A first didnt understand my report and told me i had to contact the seller to get it resolve.
Well the scammer reacted that i had to go to a website to fill in my Credit card numbers etc, while i paid with other method, i dont own a cc.
So i also reported this with screenshots of the scammers site and reaction to my complain.
Because G2A didnt really care about the scammer which scammed more people (24 sellers reviews at the moment all bad) so i placed a review on Trustpilot. Now G2A flagged the review as false or something so Trustpilot deleted that review. After that i realized they blocked my account of violations of the rules. Well i did not violate any rule, except if reporting a scammer and warning other people is a violation.
Now i tried to put my review here stop warn other, watch out for these site. Most keys are usable but if its not G2A will not help you at all and fall behind the excuse that they are only a marketplace where sellers can sell stuff (or scam people)
In the attachment 2 screenshots from the reaction of scammer and his website.
Btw G2A told me they removed the scammer, so i tried to react to them and edit the review on trustpilot but they allready blocked me for no reason. I still wait for an answer from G2A accountissue team i mailed.
It has many issues. Sent exact bitcoin btc amount and order is still awaiting payment despite several hours having passed. Not good. It is only a matter of time before they are on ripoffreport.com and this is a truthful review.
They dont want to refund me, they want me to file a police report for a 20€ code not working. This have to be a joke, the worst support i have ever seen
I bought a Steam key for a game from G2A for my friend. 8 days later Steam revoked the key due to "non-payment." I contacted the seller on the platform to see what was up, and got vague answers that lead to nowhere for 7 days. I filed a money back guarantee claim since it was over $60, and had to wait an additional 3 days to get an answer of "file a police report." Wtf you mean file a police report? ALL of the reviews that have come in since I bought the key have been people complaining of the same issue as me. You say 99% of keys work on your site, but more than half of the ones from this seller that you host on your site comes back as non functional--statistically meaning they are not following that trend and are scamming people! In an effort to keep your own money, you then make it hard af for people to get their money back due to "weeding out fraud?" Nah fam, that's bull$#*!. You aren't weeding out fraud but encouraging it.
Answer: They claim to have a guaranteed money back system but don't buy into that. They don't. They don't even acknowledge the 14 day cooling of period on online purchases that is a law in the EU. So basically they are criminals.
Answer: Its a scam block ur cc and report fraud never go there again
