My recent dealing with this site and it's my last. Their money-back crap is a joke. In order to get your money back you have to file a fraud charge on your bank account. What that does is locks your account and puts more of a headache on your end. So I highly suggest avoiding the site. They have no control over the sellers whatsoever. Plus the sellers suck if you try getting ahold of them. It's like English isn't understood. After 3 weeks of trying to get 10 bucks back off a seller that mislabeled a game, I pretty much told them to f off. The aggravation isn't worth the headache. So yeah avoid this site. Use steam epic etc.
Tip for consumers:
that their refund process is basically screwing up your bank account and has no control over their sellers
Products used:
no refund unless you want to mess up your cc or bank account. dlc is listed as a full game.
