They lie about products, don't tell you need to change your VPN to the $#*! of the earth in the marketed item and their refund process is what's called refund deterrent. They actually ask you to fill a claim with your local police department, and if you actually do, there's more red tape to jump through. It's a 3rd party site Ran by scammers. Stay the hell away.
They are allowing the sale of steam accounts instead of steam keys. They then try to force you to link said account using family share. 1. Steam does not allow the sale of accounts and can ban or restrict accounts that are in violation. 2. The accou t you have purchased can be recovered by who ever you bought it from even if you change the email and password. As they are enabling fraudulent transactions, and violations to another company, I would avoid them at all costs.
Was trying to buy a CD key for a game on Steam for a friend. Instead I ended up buying a whole steam account with that one game. I didn't even redeem the account and tried to explain that was not what I intended to buy and also that buying a Steam account like this is illegal according to Steam and they can get the account suspended. They didn't care about it, obviously as they sell those things and I wasnt able to get any kind of refund.
I just bought two software and they sent me invalid keys. I contacted them and got a reply. I kept having issues and I can't contact them anymore. They don't respond to the original message, and when I try using "Contact the seller" the message can't be sent.
Bought a game key from g2a. The seller was a scammer, did not deliver. All I got was an obsolete link, and a whole lot of indifference from the G2A staff. It's been one week, and they are still keeping my money blocked, refusing to reimburse me. They are giving the scammer more and more chances to respond, and therefore wasting my time.
All their employees are proficient in corporate speak, but not one of them will help you with anything. All I was told was wait and wait and wait.
I have filled a claim with paypal to get my money back, and G2A has the chance to come to terms. Did they answer or replied my messages? Nope.
G2A is just a haven for scammers, and they are benefiting from deals went bad. They receive fees for every transaction. In my case the fees were 4.10 $ for a 15 $ game.
Stay away from G2A. Save some money, and buy the real deal.
I made three purchases on G2A.
The first one went great. I immediately got my game key for steam.
The other two not so much.
One was labeled as the game but it was just a dlc.
The other was a scam. Instead of the game key I got a link to a login. It really seems shady.
They claim I can play the game through this link but a: I'm pretty sure the link doesn't work anyway and b: I paid for a game not a link
I contacted G2A and they didn't care.
G2A is one of my favorite services to use when buying games. I can always find good discounts on the titles I want to buy. I also use G2A wallet quite often. Just watch out for their forced G2A plus subscription when buying things.
After buying 2 keys for assasins creed one of the keys appeared to be invalid.
So i submitted a complaint and did get a refund from the seller.
Now i have to wait 2 weeks before the amount that is refunded can be used again or withdrawn back to my bank account.
They punish you that way for a sellers mistake, that is no way to treat your customers.
Bought a game here that was supposed to be delivered via steam gift. My account wasn't able to receive the game and I wasn't given a option to use another account. Money gone and no game. 4 weeks off mailing with g2a, no results. Phony money back system and they don't acknowledge the law off 14 day cooling off period on online purchases. Scammers!
Bought a 'global' far cry 4 key, only to find out that it was a Russian version spoke to the so called customer service team to be told I have to wait for three days for a resolve absolute rubbish don't use this site don't recommend this site simply avoid it and tell anybody you come into contact with not to use them use your words to rid the Internet of these thieves!
The posting was very misleading - I thought I was buying a game for Steam, but instead they tried to have me sign into a separate Steam account that apparently had the game downloaded. Very suspicious and also against Steam's guidelines.
Refused to give a refund.
Bought a Malwarebytes 12month key, license expired after 3 month. Seller unreachable, G2A support is piece of $#*!. No refund, no new key. I had to escalate to paypal, then chargeback for my bank. They don't take responsibility for anything. You are not protected here! Purchase at own risk! Scammers, all of them!
Just wasted some money with these crooks. Buyed 2 packs and received only crapp games. Also from 10 games I received 2 duplicates. Asked for a refund, seller refused to contact me. G2A "help" was non existent. Just a crappy answer solve your problem with the seller. From our point of view all is ok. Forgot to say about anouncing the fraud to the Police station, have a stamped original report with stamp to prove that. So. This site is a very bad joke. DON'T WASTE MONEY WITH THEM! You will get only $#*!ty, overvalued games.
I had bought the upgrade edition of the elders of scroll online high isle and paid since February and it turns out that now they return the product to me, and they reimburse me in credit from the website itself, the product has risen a lot in price, it does have keys but They want to sell them more expensive... and they are still slow... some thieves... I have bought in Eneba and in Gamivo and I have never had a problem, they have stolen me on this website... I don't even have the money to go buy the product from another website... THIEVES scammers
They tricked me good by charging me 1-2 euro / month.
When you buy a game its not clear that you subscribe to their protection.
Couldnt cancel it throught their website fast enough.
I had to block the transaction in my paypal.
I was buying game there times to times but they lost me there for some 1-2 £
Fast to sell you stuff but slow to support or cancel anything.
My recent dealing with this site and it's my last. Their money-back crap is a joke. In order to get your money back you have to file a fraud charge on your bank account. What that does is locks your account and puts more of a headache on your end. So I highly suggest avoiding the site. They have no control over the sellers whatsoever. Plus the sellers suck if you try getting ahold of them. It's like English isn't understood. After 3 weeks of trying to get 10 bucks back off a seller that mislabeled a game, I pretty much told them to f off. The aggravation isn't worth the headache. So yeah avoid this site. Use steam epic etc.
If you've been ripped off by G2A then beware! There money back guarantee is bs... Seller sold me a bad key and has yet to refund me, 7 weeks have passed an support is useless. Even after I sent proof from Microsoft support that the seller sold me a bad key. G2A wants me to make a POLICE report on the seller before G2A will give me a refund... WTH!
All while the seller continues to sell on the site... G2A is a big scam and I will make sure everyone I can is informed! I just reported it to PayPal and will get my refund that way..
Purchased a game that was Global region. No where does it indicate the product was not valid in my country. The code was invalid and the response was that i can resell it myself on the marketplace. I even purchased the G2A shield. Worst customer service.
I bought a Steam key for a game from G2A for my friend. 8 days later Steam revoked the key due to "non-payment." I contacted the seller on the platform to see what was up, and got vague answers that lead to nowhere for 7 days. I filed a money back guarantee claim since it was over $60, and had to wait an additional 3 days to get an answer of "file a police report." Wtf you mean file a police report? ALL of the reviews that have come in since I bought the key have been people complaining of the same issue as me. You say 99% of keys work on your site, but more than half of the ones from this seller that you host on your site comes back as non functional--statistically meaning they are not following that trend and are scamming people! In an effort to keep your own money, you then make it hard af for people to get their money back due to "weeding out fraud?" Nah fam, that's bull$#*!. You aren't weeding out fraud but encouraging it.
Having used G2A a few times and having been pleased with their service I purchased a key to Dragon Age: Inquisition, a 2015 game. When I activated the key, it turned out to be a key for Dragon Age: Origins, a previous instalment of the game from 2009. I complained to G2A and requested a refund. They told me I had to contact the seller directly via the G2A account resolution centre. However, there is no way for me to access this account functionality, it simply did not display in my page even on different devices like a tablet or a phone or a laptop. G2A repeatedly fobbed me off with excuses and have not given me a refund or a method of contacting the seller.
In short G2A are a front for scammers mis-selling game keys.
Steer clear of these people, their customer service is a joke, their website doesn't work properly and the "100% Guaranteed" and "Safe transaction" splattered all over it is a lie.
Answer: They claim to have a guaranteed money back system but don't buy into that. They don't. They don't even acknowledge the 14 day cooling of period on online purchases that is a law in the EU. So basically they are criminals.
Answer: Its a scam block ur cc and report fraud never go there again
