A. V. O. I.D.
June 30, 2025

Do yourself a favor and A. V. O. I.D. This company at all costs. Funsicle Pools also falls under the company Polygroup. My wife & I made the mistake of ordering a 15'x36" pool via a 3rd party seller on Walmart Market Place in late April 2025. (We usually purchase Intex or Coleman brands without any issues.) The weather was extremely cold in the month of April & May making it impossible to install until June 4th 2025. After filling the pool with about 2,500+ gallons of water it leaked by 50% over night. The 3rd party seller basically told us: Too Bad…. So Sad. You are past the 30 day return window. They told us to contact Funsicle directly. Funsicle told us to refill the pool again. (I am not too sure what the purpose was but ok.) The next day I filled the pool up again. To my surprise it leaked by 50%. Funsicle then told us to empty the pool to 10" inches of water and put a few drops of food dye in the pool to locate the leak and then take a picture and send it to them. They would determine what size band-aid to send to us to repair the leak. The problem is that food dye will only spread thru out the pool water. I have been dealing with pools for over 30 years and there is one thing that will happen with 150% certainty. Water always finds a way. A pool with a hole in it along with 20,000+ pounds of pressure will easily leak thru a pool patch that is only on 1 side. These Rocket Scientists DO NOT know what they are doing. $200+ down the drain. I had to contact the BBB and file a complaint. Walmart was tired of hearing about it and finally issued a full refund on behalf of the 3rd party seller & Funsicle so that I would go away.
