Product is well made. However I ordered a pair did not fit calf. Return cost me 25.00. Yup I had to pay to return even though I reorderd a new pair Make sure these shoes are exactly what you want no room for error. Never again
I bought some pleaser shoes from Funkypair and they turned out to be kind of trash. The glitter was so thick and abrasive it cut my skin from super mild floor work. I've had various glittery pleaser shoes and never had this issue before.
Anyways the first night I wore them and realized how not usable they were I emailed FunkyPair about doing an exchange for a pair of shoes I already knew worked fine for me- to which I got the response "no we do not accept shoes that have been worn or shoes that do not have original packaging".
I replied that while I can understand it should not be my responsibility to eat cost for shoes that are essentially defective because they can not be used for the purpose that the majority pleaser demographic is using them for. I also mentioned that I have bought from funkypair multiple times and need new shoes for work often- I am a return customer and have had no issues previously. I also sent this above picture and some others of my skin literally being cut.
I got no response so I called them Monday and they said they were reviewing the whole thing. Today I got a response saying they're not liable for how their customers choose to use the shoes and they are not willing to make an exception on their policy.
So basically this company is not willing to work with you regardless of customer history and how reasonable your request is.
This place is a joke. I bought a $75 costume that looks the same as the $20 costume you get in Spirit Halloween. Quality is terrible, colors are different from the photos and worse yet I decided I would just return it and they said no what I bought was final sale. Nowhere on my receipt or the product did it say that. Terrible - beware!

I ordered shoes from here and they weren't what I wanted. I had only tried them on ONCE on my CLEAN tile floor, so I figured it would be good to return. Their policy is if the shoes are deemed "unworn", by their "inspection", you get a refund. This is a LIE! Their inspection is a SHAM. They'll tell you the shoes were deemed worn and with wear and tear even if you barely touched them. Flushing your money down the drain is probably better then buying from here; atleast you won't have to pay shipping.
Bought a pair of boots that along with shipping cost me just over £200. They came and one of the zips was so stuck that it can't be opened all the way at all, making one boot impossible to wear. Even lubricating the zipper with candle wax and soap didn't solve the problem. A few days later, the other zip is stuck as well.
Contacted the seller for a refund or exchange, they never got back to me. Contacted again and was told it was now outwith the refund timeframe. I pointed out that my refund request was within the timeframe and it was their own delay that caused the time to go over, and they then agreed they *could* give a refund, but only if the shoes had never been worn. Literally all the "wearing" that occurred was me going to try them on, getting one boot on, and discovering the other one was impossible to wear, and this was apparently too worn to qualify for a return. It's an awful policy and I basically spent £200+ on a pair of shoes I can't wear at all.
I have ordered the boots and I didn't receive it. It is already 6 months and customer support just ignoring my letters and no refund from this site. Be very careful.

If I could give zero stars I would it was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! Beware!
I ordered shoes through this site which didn't fit even though with that brand I always order the same size this pair didn't fit. If you are going to be a company that sells shoes you should make it easier to return. I asked for the return. I then emailed asking for a return label of what I do to return. No response. So I finally tape the box up because it only came with the box with paper around it. It already cost me $11 to return and would have cost another $6 to buy a box. So I taped up the box and sent it back. They then only refunded me $26 for a $43 total pair of shoes. So $26-$11 I'm at $15 back for a $43 pair of shoes. If I would have known they had horrible customer service I would have kept the damn shoes. I pretty much flushed $30 down the toilet. I'm a single mom and $30 is a lot of money and I needed those shoes for work.
I don't like buying shoes online as it is but I don't recommend using this company because if you have any issues you are stuck with the shoes. I'm doing everything I can to recoup the money from this scam. Do not order! There are many other sites that have good return policies and great customer service that are worth the extra couple bucks. Learned my lesson!
I ordered some shoes and they waited 3 days to tell me that the shoes are back ordered! I wanted them for valentine's day. I told them to refund me immediately. I am not holding my breath.
Well... what happened was that I decided to buy a pair of shoes.
I found the style I wanted and placed an order.
I paid via paypal.
When I got to the stage were you confirm the order the paged changed into an ERROR page.
I immediately checked my email to see if I got a order confirmation email and I didn't so I checked my pay-pal account and saw that the money had been drawn.
I sent an email to get my order details, as I didn't even get an order number.
After a couple of hr, I checked my paypal email (which is a different address than the one I gave while I placed an order) and saw that my order confirmation was sent to my paypal email and not to the email I gave them for this order!
After a few hr, I got a reply from them with my order details.
The day after I got another email stating that my size is a back order size and they don't even carry it!
( so why is it even listed!?!?!?!?)
Anyway, I demanded a refund and got it the same day...
