I experienced an dashboard issue where my rewards eligibility disappeared. Simply initiated a chat with support, and what an exceptional experience, Provided evidence and account # as required, CS reps were very empathetic, and understanding and promptly took action aka. Escalation to tech team. Within 24hrs, error was resolved and rewards were dispensed within 24hrs as they promised! Both, Zofia and Sun were great, thanks again!

I was confused as I have had a free trial 100k account and it was no longer available. However, Nicky explained that it has been deactivated due to reaching 14 days.She clarified it for me and explained that demo account I was seeing on my page with 50k account and trades placed with different instruments were just an overview on how the page would like should I went for a challenge
