We may assure you that we ask our members to complete the verification procedure and confirm their identity. They do so by presenting documents and recording a video. Once the Moderation team receives such information, the member's profile becomes verified, meaning there is a Trusted Member sign.

However, it always depends on the person whether s/he wishes to communicate with you and what is the reason for the registration here: just chatting, looking for a penfriend, love etc. We always recommend clarifying it directly with the members.

If you have any doubts regarding any member on the site, please provide us with their profile ID numbers, gathering as many details as you can regarding that issue along with the comments describing the issue you have faced, or any of your concerns regarding those members.
