Worst make of quad to ever buy had for two months clutch gone and all nuts bolts fell off and bars just snapping really bad make proper useless fragile the. I called them they said misuse how can a clutch and nuts and bolts falling off and things breaking be misuse let in mind a five year old was driving this not a big heavy person then when I told them this they told me pay to fix it or take it away im not listening to you they told me and said get off the phone this is joke please don't use these as they only want your money for a $#*! product that will let you down if you want to buy a quad product buy a branded one off a genuine proper company that make there products not these that important cheap and put there own stocks on them there a joke
Last year I ordered a kids chaos 200w scooter for Christmas for my son. It never worked! Customer services asked for evidence by video of it not working. This was sent and a courier was meant to collect it to be fixed, this never happened. I lost £200. Fast forward to this year. I order a new scooter, adults chaos 1000w. Clicked express deliver for 21st dec. Didn't realise it was from 21st-5th jan. So after being told it would come on time I was then told it may not. So I opted to cancel delivery and drive 5hrs there and back to collect. I asked for my refund to be processed. I was told it was. I collected. I was then pressured by one of the shareholders to leave a good review online whilst I waited for my package. Now today I go on chat to see what happened to this refund to be told it is in a queue! A queue. After 5 days ago being told it was done. Then I'm told it's done again but I didn't believe it so I asked to speak to someone else who tells me it's been sent off for review. In other words it's still in the queue! Then I call up and as I'm explaining my issues the Customer service manager Andrew decided to tell me I'm aggressive but couldn't evidence why, that being lied to and has light by his staff hasn't affected my mental health and I shouldn't bring my mental health into it because they are helping me so can't be affecting me. I didn't realise he was a trained mental health practitioner As well. Being a member of the senior leadership team he should know better than to deal with vulnerable customers in this way! I am mortified as the treatment from him! As a woman of colour being called aggressive is something I don't take lightly as for centuries this word has been used to diminish our power and passion and turn it criminal and offensive and I will be escalating this problem as high as I can take it! I am absolutely sick to my stomach that a company I have used for years and given the benefit of the doubt too last year, would then chose to deal with me in this way. Shocking. I can't imagine the rest of the customer service team if Andrew is the one leading them!
Fun bikes you need to do better! Disgusting! I won't be returning April for my sons birthday or Christmas.

My son bought his first ever dirt bike. First time he rode it the sump plug came out, called them they sent out replacements and it was leaking oil they had to send ou 2 more and still did not fix the problem. Due to this incompetence the engine is knackered no apology no exchange or refund offered he only had it 3 months

Appalling company. I bought an electric bike, it was faulty and - finally - it was replaced. The replacement had faulty brakes - incredibly dangerous given it is designed and marketed to children - finally the brakes were replaced. I say finally in that it took dozens of emails in which Funbikes seems to attempt to avoid their legal duties under the warranty. The battery now does not, after less than 3 months, and the same situation again - interminable emails, repetition and obfuscation. Deeply deeply appalling customer service and poorly made products. Avoid avoid avoid.

Thought I telephone their Derby office - got through to P****s*** - pay my money which they took TWICE - telephoned my bank and stopped one but the other is PENDING.
Fun bikes asked to pay direct into their bank? BUT MY BANK SAID NO - DO NOT DO THAT.
Their showroom is Closed and will not be re-opening IS THIS COMPANY GOING OUT OF BUSINESS?
Absolute joke! Paid for 2 electric scooters totalling over £300 and only received one! I have been chasing for over a week to find out where the missing scooter is to be told that they are still chasing the courier for proof of delivery. The item has clearly gone missing or unattended and I am left to chase daily with absolutely no update! My son is now left with 8 days until his birthday and I've no money to buy anything else before! Ruined a kids birthday! Cheers Funbikes. NOT RECCOMENDED
I bought a dirt bike from them and it was perfectly fine no crash history or anything bad no other owners or anything and because of me being 13 it said here is a discount so it's a perfectly good website and very reliable

We find this company a disgrace, we bought a non starter bike almost one month ago but still doesn't work. Their customer service team will tell you we are very sorry but you are on you own. They haven't offered exchange, return, refund on anything all they say is open this part or that part and fix it yourslef.
I won't recommend this to anyone, they are fraud, selling unchecked Chinese products!
AVOID AT ALL COST!
Don't buy product from this company.
If you need any parts after sales, can't provide due not have stock.
Practically if have any issue, you can put in bin few hundred pounds.

I got my son a bike christmas paid £400 for this bike to have a faulty battery from day 1, they expected me to do test on the bike and battery and still nothing been resolved even tho ive been on the phone to them since January and now we are in september, the battery has been sent back twice now and they want me to pay for a new battery i don't think so I could understand if this happened after the warranty run out but no it was from day 1. I have seen a lot of people now having this same issue do dont buy a bike or anything g from this company they are a joke and waste of time. Customer services are a joke and andrew the manager says he wants to get the problem solved as its been going on long enough but then tells me today I can buy a battery off them for £100 I don't think so. You have all been warned
Waiting over 4 months for them to send a prepaid return label to return a VERY faulty scooter. Not safe to ride and light was on permanently... shocking shocking customer service from over 6/7 staff I've dealt with

This company is a full on joke I ordered a £600 quad for my son for his bday over a month ago and I email them and the useless customer service ie dumb $#*! tammy and to find out they have blocked mine and my partners numbers please do not buy from this joke of a company there stuff is faulty aswell and harms children
The most awful company we've ever dealt with. Bought a £500+ electric motor cross bike for our young son for Christmas. On Boxing Day things started to go wrong with it!
Since then he's only rode it on the garden at weekends for a total of 6 hrs and it has been out of action due to things breaking more than it has been ridden.
It has been returned twice for repair and although it's clearly not fit for purpose fun bikes have refused to refund or credit note the bike even though it is well within warranty. Funbikes have even acknowledged that the repair work performed by their technicians has lead to further faults but they refuse to take any responsibility. Finally we had to nag with more emails and phone calls to get them to return the bike to us, to find parts are still not repaired on its arrival.
So we are left with a faulty, dangerous bike that is not fit for purpose and our very upset son still has no Christmas present.
We will be looking for a more reliable, honest company to replace our sons Christmas present to a safer, better quality motorbike. Leaving us very out of pocket.
Funbikes will not be receiving any further custom from us when we purchase other vehicles in the future and considering we have 3 young boys all into motorbikes and quad bikes, that's many years of custom lost.
We have contacted trading standards and we will be taking the matter further.
As a company they are rude, have ignored our emails, not returned phone calls, have absolutely no morals and have not given us any satisfaction or confidence that this issue will not be ongoing. They make decisions solely to benefit their business not their clients, without any justification. Their products are cheap and poor quality and their customer service is atrocious. A total rip off!
Unless you want to waste your money on goods that only last a day and are dangerous, do not buy from this company!
Purchased a battery quad for sons 4th Birthday arrived fine and on time and well packed. Followed assembly instructions. For the record comes with battery pack installed. Charged as per instructions for when my son got up. The quad crawled basically. So we thought we must of not connected it to the charger properly so charged it again as per instructions again. Still no joy! Phoned funbikes we got told to check every battery individually with a battery tester. Are you serous I said we don't have one and are you serious it's brand new. Also we informed them the motor was noisy but on lifting the back end of the bike and twisting the throttle the back axle was buckled which maybe causing the fault. Phoned customer services back for more ignorance theres nothing we can do you have to bring back! How we are miles away from you and it was sent mail order. I tried leaving a comment on there Facebook page not an offensive one they have now deleted and blocked me. We now have been told we have to send it back for them to look at. We were told in an ignorant manner there nothing we can do. Well there is stop selling machines when you don't have procedures in place to rectify problems and talk to customers in helpful and civil manner. I could take the bike being faulty if you had handled the problem with empathy and politeness! So we are quadless with a devastated birthday presentless little boy. We now have to spend our evening trying to pack up a defective brand new quad bike. Stay well clear if I was thinking of purchasing a quad buy local!
