Placed an order of 4 different items, 3 arrived, but the other item never arrived, I filled out a missing items claim form, but was refused! So I placed a formal complaint to Peter Cowgill CEO office direct, still refusing to refund me. I never received the goods!
So I had to take this further to trading standards. They have said to firstly, write a formal letter and post it to the head office informing them that I am giving them 14 days to refund me. If not, then I have to start small claims court proceedings. JD really don't have a leg to stand on over goods not delivered. It's the consumer rights act 2015
Shame on you JD.

The customer service at jd sports is absolutely brilliant they are always happy to help out they aslo go above and beyond as I needed to exchange a item

Dreadful
September 13, 2016

I placed an order with JD towards the end of August I received the parcel on 1st September. The parcel was missing a pair of trainers so I spent about half an hour on the phone trying to explain I had never received the trainers.

I returned most of the items I received. I got the parce tracked (thankfully). I received a refund for the missing trainers a few days later but not the rest of the returned items. I gave it about a week and then enquired about my refund.

I was told that my parcel had never been received by JD Sports. I then tracked my parcel (sent via parcel force) which had arrived the day after I sent it and had been sent for at the correct address.

I have had to ring about 4 times to explain that they signed for the parcel over 10 days ago. I was told I would be sent out a missing parcel form but have not yet received this (it may still be on its way to be fair). However this was what was supposed to happen regarding the missing trainers and I ended up just being refunded. This morning I have received a refund of £4.99 which is no where near what the refund should actually be. So it looks like another phone call will have to be made.

I'm not normally one to complain but this has been dreadful.
