I wanted a picture of a Gardenia and chose this one and it was the perfect choice. I got the plexiglass as it was going to be used in my bathroom. If it were going in another room, I would have gotten the canvas with brushstrokes. My Mom wore a Gardenia in her hair and I wanted a memory of her. It's very pretty. White 1 3/4 Matte and silver frame looks more like Champagne color which was perfect to match the decor in the bathroom. Love it!

I ordered one of the Our Lady of Guadalupe pictures for my niece's Confirmation. The ordering process and the speed of delivery were excellent. The picture is beautiful! I particularly love the added brush strokes on the canvas. I was delighted to give this gift. Thank you!

The person I chatted with would not work with me at all on helping get the cost down on my very large purchase. He only would give me a 5% extra discount, when I know your company does 15%. I couldn't go higher than $300. I had to walk away from the chat, and was not able to get what I wanted.

First off this is a gift to someone who lost their best friend throughout their life to cancer. There's so many custom choices it's hard to decide and....I had to make some choices of what to buy now and what I want for later. I wish they had a place for "save for later". Had several things I wanted but needed to space out the purchases. A great and rewarding shopping experience. Thank you.

I love all the options that I was offered. I had a small promo code offer that took off about half of the shipping amount. That was a blessing since three framed prints were costly to ship back to me when they are ready. I cannot wait to get them and hang them in my new house. I haven't seen a reference to your website before. Luckily a Google search for one of these prints' named, it popped up. Yay! I was able to save a bit of money over Amazon that I can now spend on other things!

I purchased this print because a friend of mine saw it on feild of dreams. Not knowing the name of it i thought would be a big challenge. However it popped up from your gallery. Came unflawed. Thank you.

I placed an order and received a confirmation email. I clicked contact us link and got the phone number and called customer service, only to learn that the shipping dates could not be expedited because fed ex would not guarantee over night delivery. I placed the order on Tuesday 6/1 and it will not arrive until 6/8 at the earliest and I needed it for a funeral on 6/4. Customer service was too eager to cancel my entire order...

Can easily design a picture with many options, frames, glass, multiple matings and color choices. Finished size given is awesome. With visuals, decisions can be made with confidence. Only thing that would make this better is being able to use phone to view choices in the space intended. Don't think having to give a phone number is necessary. No statement that personal info is not sold.

Pleased. Though it took a little longer than (l) thought it would take. Was shipped in the correct container. Very pleased

The quality is less than Dollar store quality. They reatined $40 shipping charge and I had to pay $69 to ship it back to them. I had two choices...return it and get back a small amount of money or throw it in the trash. Do not order from them if you're looking for quality. Hobby Lobby and Kirklands have much better quality canvas prints than Fulcrum Gallery.

In my free time I devote all my attention to my creative hobby, painting. I have never taken any professional classes, so I create only for myself. But everyone knows that I have good taste, so if I need to organize a creative and exquisite gift for friends or colleagues, I always choose paintings or photographs on this site.

My art was said to be delivered on 2/15, but it was not here. I called to report that. You followed up with Federal Express. We were out of town 2/22 & 2/23. When we arrived home Sunday evening the package was at our door. It appears the box had been open as the staples were pulled lose, but it had been taped together. The good news is the picture is fine and my wife loves it. Thanks, Clair C. Beasley

Through no fault of Fulcrum, the cardboard tubing carrying my prints was mashed in transit. The prints were slightly creased, but under glass I don't think will be noticeable.

It's too bad you don't offer free shipping, you would be more competitive than art.com and amazon

pretty; fast delivery. all you can get on line are very small icons. This one is so much better than anything I imagined. really love it. thank you for offering such a great service.

The product I waited for was not what I expected. I was not happy with the quality of the product. I was going to return it, but it cost half the price to return it. I am very disappointed. If I would of know, I would of just ordered the sticker. This was not worth the money I paid.

very easy to use site. Enlargement feature allows better viewing.Would appreciate brief listing of important colors as computer distorts color which is important in making a choice.

Fulcrum has lots of choices: subjects, colors, mats, frames, etc. I enjoy making choices. In this case, it was for a gift.
