In my free time I devote all my attention to my creative hobby, painting. I have never taken any professional classes, so I create only for myself. But everyone knows that I have good taste, so if I need to organize a creative and exquisite gift for friends or colleagues, I always choose paintings or photographs on this site.
I ordered one of the Our Lady of Guadalupe pictures for my niece's Confirmation. The ordering process and the speed of delivery were excellent. The picture is beautiful! I particularly love the added brush strokes on the canvas. I was delighted to give this gift. Thank you!
I'm very pleased with my experience. The picture came in a timely manner. Very well packaged. Picture is absolutely beautiful!. I will be shopping with Fulcrum again.
Easy order process. Great selections for frames. Really good packaging. Fantastic product. Love it!
Through no fault of Fulcrum, the cardboard tubing carrying my prints was mashed in transit. The prints were slightly creased, but under glass I don't think will be noticeable.
I'm a regular customer of FulcrumGaller. Yesterday I received one more picture of the animalistic genre. Beautiful painting, it was painted by my favorite artist. Now, I can decorate my kitchen with this picture
Easy & straightforward transaction. Easy to use website. Excellent packaging for shipment. Delivered within the timeframe predicted. Very Satisfied.
I wanted a picture of a Gardenia and chose this one and it was the perfect choice. I got the plexiglass as it was going to be used in my bathroom. If it were going in another room, I would have gotten the canvas with brushstrokes. My Mom wore a Gardenia in her hair and I wanted a memory of her. It's very pretty. White 1 3/4 Matte and silver frame looks more like Champagne color which was perfect to match the decor in the bathroom. Love it!
The quality is less than Dollar store quality. They reatined $40 shipping charge and I had to pay $69 to ship it back to them. I had two choices...return it and get back a small amount of money or throw it in the trash. Do not order from them if you're looking for quality. Hobby Lobby and Kirklands have much better quality canvas prints than Fulcrum Gallery.
I purchased this print because a friend of mine saw it on feild of dreams. Not knowing the name of it i thought would be a big challenge. However it popped up from your gallery. Came unflawed. Thank you.
Pleased. Though it took a little longer than (l) thought it would take. Was shipped in the correct container. Very pleased
I placed an order and received a confirmation email. I clicked contact us link and got the phone number and called customer service, only to learn that the shipping dates could not be expedited because fed ex would not guarantee over night delivery. I placed the order on Tuesday 6/1 and it will not arrive until 6/8 at the earliest and I needed it for a funeral on 6/4. Customer service was too eager to cancel my entire order...
Nice picture.
Delivery company left in driveway even thought there was a covered porch 15 feet away... during rainy snowstorm.
They offered to replace immediately.
Good folks.
Poor quality product -- plastic frame, no way to hang picture, paper not cardstock printer. All around a waste of money.
I don't believe the reviews I'm reading based on the picture they sent me. It's a 35x27 Plexiglass, plastic frame, with cardboard (like you mail stuff in) backing. Corners of frame have big gaps were cut uneven. Picture $130. Very cheap looking. Little money or effort put into this item, so tell me why it was $130. This is the lowest quality of a picture I've seen anywhere. Some of Fulcrums ratings only mention a print. Maybe that is why the rating "appears" to be high. Seriously, this picture should have been in a Walmart, Roses, or Dollar store for $25. I called and the lady gave me my money back and said they'd file a damage claim. I guess they were saying shipper did it. He would come get it if I boxed it up. If they didn't come to dispose of it. That shows you that either the shipper is makin a killing or the over priced picture is not worth sending back. Shipper is payin a fake claim for Fulcrum's Junky Chinese Frames... I pulled off paper backin and found cardboard backing... WOW.
I placed an order on Dec 1 and was shown during order entry and in the order confirmation email that it would arrive between Dec 3 - 10, which was in plenty of time for work gift exchange on the 16th. Yesterday, Dec 9, I check on the site to confirm an arrival date to find it is now scheduled for December 17th - twelve business days after order placement! No warning - nothing - zero - crickets. I contact Customer Service and am told too bad... they shipped it via the cheapest way possible (despite paying $13.99 in shipping) and it'll just take longer. If I'm not happy when it finally arrives, I can always return it and waste more time and money. Don't buy from this company. They don't deliver on their written promises!
I purchased two canvases (22"x28") from Fulcrum which cost a total of $255. Now even though it is past the 30 days, I found a website that had the same canvas but a larger 26"x40" for $71.99 each. That's a $111 difference not included the fact that the canvases are larger. Fulcrum wouldn't refund or price match the other website. I won't be shopping here anymore. I will continue to check out the prices on icanvas.com in the future.
I would never order from this online gallery again. I ordered an art print reproduction of a Michaelangelo "The Creation of Adam". It was yellow orange color. Fulcrum Gallery refused a refund/return because it was 60 days out (not within 30 days.)
