Fubao Health has great prices on Jarrow products. I have been taking Jarrow Bone-Up for 6 months and I can feel my bone density increase. This product is better than other calcium in the market and is worth every penny. I would recommend it to anyone.

I ordered 4 of the same products 6 months ago. After constantly bothering them with emails, they finally shipped one product with no explanation for not shipping all 4 items. Constant emails have been replied with: "out of stock, waiting for shipment from manufacturer." I paid in full for the 4 products, and expect the full order to be shipped in a timely manner. If they have trouble stocking supplies - then their web site should state that at check out.

I ordered 4 of the same products 6 months ago. After constantly bothering them with emails, they finally shipped one product with no explanation for not shipping all 4 items. Constant emails have been replied with: "out of stock, waiting for shipment from manufacturer." I paid in full for the 4 products, and expect the full order to be shipped in a timely manner. If they have trouble stocking supplies - then their web site should state that at check out.

I ordered some vitamins from their website on Oct 25. On Nov. 2th they informed me that they did not have the product in stock and that they "did not find out until that day." They said they would ship in one week, when they product arrived. Now here it is 3 weeks after my credit card was charged, and I have NO product, NO tracking, and NO further info. Don't waste your time and money fooling with this company. Completely incompetent and unprofessional.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and numerous complaints. They do not deliver the product you order and the worst part is they keep your money. They tell you they will refund your money but it will take 4 to 7 business days. It has been a month and no refund. They will not return your phone calls or emails. I'm assuming they think it’s fine to steal your money.

I wouldnt give these people a one star. Ordered nov 12 /credit card was charged $100+. As of jan 3 no product and talked to mark today and he said items not available and never sent. BEWARE they will charge your card and never send anything out! Getting ready to file a dispute. ORDER WHERE YOU CAN TRUST

Avoid this company! I placed a ~$50 order with them on November 11th. After two weeks I hadn't received my order or received any updates from them, so I went to check the order status. I noticed that it still just said "Order Received" and made no indication that it had shipped. So I e-mailed them, to which they replied with an apology for the delay and told me that they would check the status and follow up by the end of the day. The next day I received an e-mail saying that my order status had changed to "Shipped via USPS". Another two weeks later I still hadn't received anything. By that time it was a month since I originally placed the order. I e-mailed them again, to which they replied that I needed to wait another 14 days before they would start an "investigation with USPS". I responded for clarification to their instructions because I had ALREADY waited more than 14 days since the order had said it shipped. I didn't receive a response. It is now January 16th, over two months from the original order date. I e-mailed them again this morning, recapping my correspondence with them and requesting a refund. I made sure to tell them that if my refund is denied, that I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. I have not heard back yet, but I hope this goes more smoothly than it did with some of the other reviewers' experiences.

This company has stolen $60 from me. I ordered 2 products from their website and have received nothing. I paid with PayPal, who sent me a message immediately after I ordered the products. PayPal's message said that my money was being refunded. I have not received any messages from Fubaohealthstore. I have not received any products or a refund. Repeated attempts to contact fubaohealthstore have yielded no response. I tried to go to their website (www.fubaohealthstore.com) and was redirected to a site called "Easy Living Health." I'm assuming that they are the same people who ran the fubao health store, since I did a search for reviews of Easy Living Health and found that they have the same terrible reputation as fubao health store. Let the buyer beware! I only wish I had looked at these reviews before buying anything from fubao health store. Agh! Isn't it sad that there are evil people who are willing to steal money from others?

Don't even bother going into this website, the worst customer service and stocking! No communication, leave you wondering where your package is for weeks!

They have cheated me out of $525 worth of products. They supposedly backordered half of my order (ordered Oct. 2nd). Then on their website they recently said the back ordered items had been sent (that email has recently been removed). No products. STAY AWAY!

I wouldn't give this company a single star if it were possible! I placed an order for a product for my girlfriend for valentines day. They order was confirmed as shipped and should have arrived with plenty of time to spare. I get an email (with only days to left) saying that they just found that it was out of stock and that they didn't charge my card. When I called the company (because they DID charge my card) I was met with nothing but rude comments! After she finally finished yelling over the phone I said to her "Now I see why your company has such poor reviews" (Not knowing that they did beforehand of course). She says to me, "Because we have customers like you!" And hangs up.
I would highly recommend not purchasing anything from this company. If you don't believe me, just do a quick search and you'll see many more negative reviews that will convince you. The company even has an F rating by the Better Business Bureau (BBB)!

Please take these reviews to heart. I saw that they had some bad reviews but figured that every business had that same problem here and there so what the heck. I had the exact same problem happen as listed below. First off I ordered one item, however mysterously when I entered my card info and hit submit somehow my one item was processed as two. Though I am very accurate and was sure that Fubao's system made the error I decided to keep the double order anyways since shipping didn't change and I knew I would be ordering more in a few months anyways. 1st red flag! Also I made it a point to order my item well in advance of the Christmas holiday to account for holiday closures of businesses and mail deliveries. A day after I placed my order I called them to see what the processing time was like so that I could plan the delivery around traveling for the holidays. I should also mention that I went with this company specifically because of their company policy of a "5-8 business days" ship time. Ugh, anyways when I called the gentleman informed me that they had a 2-4 day processing time before shipping. Ok not great but still decent to receive my product in time, which he also confirmed would be to me before Christmas because "the mail still runs up to Christmas Eve". I waited the full four days and still my status on their site said "processing" with no charges having been made on my card. I called again and left a message but got nothing in return. Hearing nothing from them the 24th rolls around and still no charges on my card meaning that they hadn't even processed my order. I called on the 24th and 25th leaving message after message with no luck. Still willing to give them one more shot though since I just needed my medicine a. S.a. P., on the 26th I accepted yet another promise from the same gentleman who confirmed my order would be by the 24th via voicemail saying that he was processing my order that day. I should have known better though when his voicemail ended in a very rude way saying that "they take vacations too" and was off for the holidays for the past few days. Ok Fubao guy…that is not the problem. The problem is the false shipping statement that you post on your site and tell your customer but have no intentions of fulfilling. Anyhow, days pass again and still no charge or response. Finally on Jan 1st I got fed up and called my bank asking them to flag Fubao in case they decided to charge from that point on. I then called and left a message with the company stating that they were to cancel my order, and any charges to my card from that point on would result in immediate investigation and retaliation on me and my banks part. Ah the big ending... the next day on the 2nd they sent me an email saying my order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. The first I had heard about my stuff being out of stock! They jerked me around for almost a month with straight up lies. If your business closes for Christmas then that is great, but give your customers the courtesy of knowing that their orders aren't going to be processed in time so they can possibly choose another way to get their product. But that's really just the icing on the cake because my order should have been ready before that anyways. Look people please take these reviews to heart. This company also has a horrible Better Business Bureau Review as well. If people have gone as far to file one of those reports then you know this business is garbage. Let's not give them the opportunity to stay in business until they gain some morals and values with respect to their customers and really just common courtesy for others in general. Chance it if you so choose but don't say you weren't warned. The herb that I ordered was part of an infertility regime that I am on after years of failed attempts and because of them jacking me around a whole cycle was ruined for lack of that herb ever making to my house.

I ordered 3 items from them, only recieved 2 and after several attempts to resolve the issue, they have done nothing except give me the run around, nor have they refunded my money for the 1 item not delivered. I filed with the BBB.

This company only gives you a 15 day money back guarantee and that is no way long enough for someone to try their minerals to see if it helping or not because with these types of minerals we have always been told it nornally takes a couple months or more to know if the product is going to do what it claims it is going to do!
