Placed an order and given ample time to complete it and deliver it. None of that happened! No explanation given. Had to call a number of times to get a refund and next day I get an email saying how delivery was attempted and no one was available which is a total lie! This was my second time trying this service and there will not be a third! They are completely unprofessional and unreliable!
Ordered for same day delivery. Paid for same day delivery. Was told they would delivery. No delivery - they wanted to give me a $20 credit for a future order and deliver my order two days later.

It had to be surprise delivery to my friends office for here 12th business anniversary, it had to be delivered by 6pm. And at 6pm they told me that they can't deliver it today.
I ordered fruit bouquet and balloon for my nephew's birthday, delivery time set for 8am, they delivered stale fruit bouquet at 7pm and they didn't deliver the balloon I paid for.
Overall good i was worried because all of the bad reviews i thought this was edible arrangement but it was not. My friend received her gift today and was highly satisfied
I ordered a fruit basket for my wife while I was away, basket never showed up, refund is taking over a month to receive! Never ever again DO NOT BUY!
The worst customer service and overall experience. My order was not delivered on the promised day. I was then told (after 3 phone calls) that they would issue a replacement order to be delivered the next day, and it STILL was not delivered! On the second day, I kept trying to contact customer service who said they could not contact the local shop until it was NOT delivered by 8, and that there was nothing they could do until then. After talking to another 2 different people, I was told they called the local shop and that it would be delivered in the next 2 hours. It never was. Finally, on the third day, we called them AGAIN and they issued another reorder. Below are the photos of what I ordered for $115 (including the balloon) and what I received (no balloon). I actually started to think the whole website was a scam. When the gift finally got there, I felt embarrassed at how horrendous the quality was, let alone the fact that it was 2 days late. Total rip off! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
Steer clear from this company! My boyfriend tried surprising me with a beautiful get well soon arrangement, paid for same day shipping and I never received anything + surprise ruined! Talked to 5 different reps (Ashley, Dominique, Dagmar…) who told me 5 different things. I was told the order would be delivered before 2pm, 3pm, 5pm and 8pm. My order was charged and confirmed out for delivery by 12:30pm, but the online system and automated phone says no order found! They have no way of contacting the person who makes the deliveries and the shop who "makes" the arrangements closes way before their delivery window! It's giving total B. S. On top of it all, they're making it extremely difficult to process a refund or even transfer to a supervisor. In the end, I'm really sad and frustrated. Shoutout to them for ruining my surprise!
I usually wouldn't do this, however I am very big on customer Service. First of all my order *******904 was not even delivered on time. My not that is included was for yesterday the 28th. 6 days until we get married. When I spoke to the customer svc rep to me she was passing it off like it was the FedEx that was late. I ordered chocolates it is extremely hot outside and my concern is that it my melt since apparently it would have been in the truck 2 days now. And that is assuming they get delivered today. The agent on the phone was trying to let me know that is should be delivered today. After telling me FedEx hours and stating that the my not get it out today first. Oh then she offed me a 20 dollar gift card for my trouble. I'm already disappointed. NO GIFT CARD IS NESSACARY I WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER AGAIN.
Made an order 8am in the morning for same day delivery, communicated with an agent requesting an early delivery. Agent assured me that delivery will occur within a 3 hour window of order which was perfect. Call back 3.5 hours after and they said they delivery driver doesn't leave out until way after requested time. Here is my problem why advertise that delivery starts at 9 and your driver will NOT leave out until 12:30, in addition the 10% advertised on same day was NEVER applied to purchase. Next time I'll stick with business I know.: this deserves less than 1 star
There website guaranteed delivery one day before Mother's Day. These came 4 days after Mother's Day. The package was totally warm and literally smelled like rotten fruit. We will never order from them again.
Part of this purchase was my own fault: I ordered off this site thinking it was Edible Arrangements and then after noticing that my order never arrived I saw that this is a knock off website.
I orderes a fruit bouquet for my mother on May 3rd for mother's day (May 9th), and I set the actual delivery date to May 8th in anticipation of a late delivery. Now it's May 13th and I haven't received any updates on my order and it still hasn't arrived. I'm starting to think I just lost $75 on an overpriced bundle of fruit that I could have bought and made myself in a couple hours.
If my fruit bouquet ever sees this message: please come home, we miss you and my mother is worried about you.

Update:
I called customer service on May 15th, a week after my bouquet was supposed to be delivered. The first representative I got sounded like they might have been in a foreign call center, however she said the background noises resulted from working from home. That call dropped unexpectedly before I could resolve the problem.
I called back again after the call dropped and got a second representative. After going on hold a few times and being offered coupons for the inconvenience, they offered to second me chocolate covered strawberries in place of the $75 fruit bouquet I originally ordered. I'm definitely losing money on this order, and I don't intend on giving them any more of my information just in case this is actually a scam.
Long story short: Only order fruit bouquets online from Edible Arrangements and double check, no, triple check that you're on the Edible Arrangements website. Better yet, just go into your local grocery store and see if they make fruit bouquets locally.
Their product quality is no where near similar to the pictures they portray on their website. I paid $30 extra for specific day delivery, and it was still delivered three days late. Then, the product the delivered wasn't even what I ordered. It was a horrible experience, although they did give me a full refund. I will never be ordering from them again, and I strongly advise you not to either. Stick to edible arrangements.
I ordered a edible fruit basket for my mother on mothers day. It was supposed to cost $85.00 ended up paying $106.00. I ordered the item on 5/7/20. I received notification a attempt was made on 5/8/20 with no contact, then received motivation it was delivered at 12:52am on 5/8/20, at 1 in the morning? I made contact` with customer support, was advised they would deliver on 5/9/20. Never received item, but they got my money, a total scam and ripoff, never again. *******141.
My grand daughter tried to send me a very nice gift for Mothers Day. Unfortunately she ordered from Fruit Bouquets. They contacted her to notify her it. Had been delivered. When she contacted them they checked and found it had been delivered to someone in a different zip code. They agreed to replace it, and gave her a $20 credit for the delivery fee. Seriously? Then they sent another. It was totally unacceptable. There were no grapes or honeydew melon. The cantaloupe was limp. The strawberries were only partially dipped in white, not the milk chocolate. The milk chocolate dipped slice of pineapple was frozen! It's for sure they are not big on customer service. Do not spend any money with them!
I ordered a fruit bouquet a week ahead of time to be delivered Mother's Day Weekend. At about 3pm on Mother's Day, and it still wasn't delivered, I became a bit concerned. I called the 1-800 number for fruitbouquets. They tell me not to worry, that my order is guaranteed by 8pm and is out for delivery. I pressed them a bit and they agreed to call the shop and check. After they call the shop, the rep comes back on and says "I'm sorry. They said they are going home early today. They can't deliver it today. They said they will deliver it tomorrow morning." I am furious with them. Do not waste your time or money with this company! The best they will give me is a refund of my purchase price, which is already a given. Ruined my Mother's Day!
Delivery didn't get deliver by May 7th for mother's day. Called to have it resent and to be delivered tomorrow the 10th and was told it wouldn't be delivered until the 13th. Finally got a full refund and I will NEVER use them again. They were trying to give me 20% back. These people or rude and disrespectful

I placed an order for a fruit bouquet and payed extra for next day delivery. Never received a confirmation email (I checked my spam as well) and my order was not delivered on the day I paid for. Contacted customer service and I was told that my order has flexible delivery date with a 4 day window (even though they charged me extra for next day delivery) and due to their high volume orders, my order will be delivered today. I contacted them again today, and now I was told that it will be divered until Sunday (2 more days) and I can't cancel or modify my order. Stay away from this company if you want punctuality and customer service for your money!
Answer: Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
