Searched a lot and decided an OEM filter stops more bad stuff than the generics and Freshwater had the best price with shipping. Got it quick and would highly recommend this place.
Ordering the equipment was a snap and it was processed quickly. Getting the items in one shipment was fouled up. I received a call that the main part was left out and would be shipped separately. A week later, no shipment and after three calls to three different people, (two weeks) they finally sent an email telling me they would ship the product. And... they told me there would be no additional charge. That was nice of them? September 30 was my original order date. My new shipment estimation is October 28th.
Drinking water spigot of our well water needs a good filter and this one does the job.
I ordered flowmag that was suppose to be in stock and ship right away unless notified. I was never notified of any delay but it took close to 4 weeks to get order.
After installation, I taste of the water changed dramatically. The replaced filter was one from the original supplier, Multi-Pure. It was in use for 11 months. This new filter worked fine. I hope it lasts the one year it is slated for.

I was informed I would receive the item within 5 to 7 days but it actually came in two days (it was either Fed Ex or UPS - can't remember). The whole experience couldn't have been any easier.

I ordered a particular valve attachment at a 1/4 inch and was sent a 3/8 inch piece instead. The item was picked wrong as the item number and description was correct. The customer service personnel was nice enough in walking me through the process of proving that fact and getting a new part shipped out, but it was sent Express and took me 2 weeks to receive the correct 4 dollar item.
Easy to find products... like the option for auto delivery too
The ceramic filter I wanted to order was no longer in production. I was contacted and a suggestion was given for an alternative that was in a similar price range. Very Satisfied...
