A very pleasant and knowledgeable young woman (Sultana) responded to my inquiry by phone. She helped me identify the correct filter cartridge for my filter and explained what it did (and did not) do. She also helped me to choose a shower filter which I am very happy with. Wish I had done this sooner.

Called in on Saturday, not expecting anyone to answer. The nice lady was very helpful. I had bought from Freshwater years before. She cross referenced by account. Finding 2 filters for my main water supply, she offered the one of lesser cost with the same specs. She also cross referenced my smaller sink filter. I ordered a box of 20 of the larger and 3 of the sink model. Thank you very much. I will recommend this business.

The Freshwater Systems' representative accurately advised me what filter cartridges to buy, charged me less than Amazon, and shipped them free quickly.
The bulb arrived broken, the box had padding but the box was cobbled together from two pieces allowing the box to crush in transport. I don't have a uv bulb and have to hassle with getting a replacement bulb now.
Package arrived in good order, all parts and manuals present and accounted for.
I have placed the system in the kitchen, but have not used it yet. Will be glad to do this again when I have some experience with the unit.
