I am sure there are some good Freshly meals -- and a few that I ate were tolerable. But as a rule, I found the Freshly meals to be not only bland and tasteless but of such a consistency I could barely finish them. In fact, I ultimately threw a bunch of them out. Very disappointing, as I was really hoping Freshly would be a good solution to eating healthy and still having convenience.

About adding another person to my account who lives in a different part of the state. I've been a customer of Freshly for a while and plan on remaining a weekly member. The meals and service are top notch!

Overall, very good options and food is rather good. As a single guy I find it often hard cook for one or always eat healthy, these give me the ability to do both. If I go out for lunch it cost me at least $8 and often unhealthy. You might be able to buy food for cheaper but time spent; shopping, cooking and cleaning up I would argue you are losing money.
I would give it a shot and try to really consider the cost after you have given it a week.
Overall the food is very good albeit not as good as it used to be. Recently food has been greasy. Lots of chicken meals, a plus, but no fish & they have deleted all vegetarian meals even though several meals would only require not adding meat to the meal, ie baked penne.

I've been extremely pleased with the consistency of the meals being tasty and health conscious. The different varieties to choose from makes for an enjoyable meal each time. In my particular life (living alone plus being a senior), the Freshly program has been a godsend.

I was experiencing lot of shipping problems with their carrier but the Freshly customer support team immediately addressed my needs. Yesterday, I reported that my package was marked as delivered but never made its way over and so 2 of Freshly's customer support associates helped me and today my package safely arrived. Their portions are just about right for me. I've been keeping track of my likes and dislikes on the weekly meal sheet. So far there have only been a couple I didn't care for. I've had to suspend their delivery until the end of May.
Overall it has been good. There are a few of the meals my husband has liked really well, but there are some he makes sure I don't reorder. We have to throw out the green beans and make-do with a can of something or have a house salad to complete the meal. I was also told several weeks ago when we joined that there would soon be fish added to the menu and that hasn't happened. My husband loves salmon.
Josh was most helpful and patient with me. I ask a ton of questions. He was a breath of fresh air. It saddens me how customer service isn't very serving to the customer anymore. But this kid was raised right. Yeah, good people still exist!

Every time I have had any questions with freshly I am able to reach a real, helpful person on the live chat right away. Mel was very helpful and friendly. Having excellent customer service is one of the main reasons I trust and use freshly.
I had a ton of questions regarding a promotional email, how to change my delivery date, etc. Not only is the food from Freshly AMAZING... I mean SO yummy... but the customer service is always spot on. Jay L answered all of my questions and was even able to help me out by adding my promotion for me.

I feel fortunate to have discovered Freshly from an ad on Facebook. The great majority of meals Ive ordered have been very tasty.
Though I dont have food allergies, Ive largely removed gluten and dairy from my diet to reduce inflammation. I can be sure that there will be no gluten in my Freshly meals and manageable dairy.
Ive shared my satisfaction with friends and know that one of them will be in giving it a try soon.

Now I have balanced meals that are exciting and new and delicious. It works with my busy lifestyle and helps ensure I'm getting more of the nutrients and protein I need. The food is affordable and delicious and I've referred so many friends and we're all hooked. I look forward to my dinner every night!
The customer service person, Diana, resolved the issue quickly. I'm satisfied with how they handled it. I like the freshly service but I've had several orders wrong during my subscription. I don't think that it's so inexpensive as to justify this to happen so often.

My job is exhausting. It's wonderful to come home to Freshly for a nutritious, filling, and delicious meal that I don't have to think about preparing. Freshly is helping me control my weight too. Now I reach for Freshly instead of cookies, ice cream, and other junk foods. And there are so many options I'm never get tired of the menu. Hats off to the Chefs!

I dig Freshly. Of the 5 services I have used, another 2 I keep in the wings, Freshly has been an overall favorite. I had to pause & remain so bc too many of the dishes have become chicken based. I am NOT a chicken person as oh so many are. For multiple reasons. Once there r more fish options, beef, even turkey if we r talking bird, I will be a regular again. For now, it shall remain now & again

Fabulous to have a good to great meal ready in five plus minutes. Had a hard day? No worries. Open the refrigerator and there's your selection. No defrosting. Freshly has made my life so much easier. You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
