Thank you Stephanie M. For the help and support :) Was really trying to help and communicated perfectly
I had a chat with Lyndon regarding my account balance and he did a great job understanding my point and adjusting my balance.
Erwin was very nice and helpful although my matter could not be solved as my employee disappeared without paying my job. My mistake as I ingenuously accepted it even if he had not deposited money. But they're refunding my fee, which I find honest enough. I'll be more careful in the future. Thanks a lot and cheers!
Kendra was really helpful and I'm very pleased with the support I received from her. I had a quite complicated issue and she was understanding and made sure everything goes smoothly.
Respuestas rápidas y satisfactorias. Logré aclarar todas las dudas consultadas.
Sólo como comentario por la cantidad de hispano parlantes en la plataforma. Sería ideal que tuvieran a alguien que hable español.
Muchas gracias
Freelancer was nice and very helpful. She solved and responded all my inquires. Iwll contact freelacer support again and of course it would be nice if Freada would be my freelancer support
Too Frequent to listen to our issue. Very Experienced Guy.
And Answer It very sharply.
Thanks a lot.
I was unclear about a $20 deduction from my account. Initially, I waited close to a week for any reply. Then, two support personnel essentially said that, if I viewed Transaction History, I would understand the reason behind the deduction. Well, I had already viewed Transaction History prior my submitting a work order for support. What I needed was an explanation for the deduction, not the typical ping-pong reaction from many firms' support personnel.
Well, thankfully, Lauren understood that I needed the rationale for the $20 deduction. So, rather than merely telling me to go to Transaction History, she took the time to investigate my issue and then provided a cogent, logical explanation. Now I no longer question the deduction. To me, Lauren epitomizes what great customer support involves.
Lauren is outstanding--and deserves a raise! Thank you so much, Lauren.
Katie R. Helped me a lot at ''freelancer's chat''
Kind, and helpful! It took only 2 min and i am very satisfied.
Bailey!
Best help, very efficient, easy, fast! The very best support I got in any company. I had problem with my premium acc, that caught me unarmed after a month. But when I contacted she helped me with it with grace

Unbelievable practices on freelancer.com
The problems that they cause are unbelieveble... saheb m. Created me a blog... i paid him 35 $ and than somehow system created a milestone for 16 $ (saheb m. Says it wasnt him... he spoke with frelancer.com support... and it wasnt him... "nobody" knew who created the 16$ milestone... it was booked from my account... he asked me whether we can offset it in following project... i agreed...) THAN: Somehow I got blocked by freelancer.com - the only answer I got was "you violated our rules"... I am not aware of any violation of any rules... i tried to get an answer... but there is no answer... AND THAN: suddenly my blog was hacked by saheb m... I didnt understand why? Almost everything is confusing on freelancer.com
I couldnt reach saheb m. And didnt know why he is doing that... after a while I got the answer... because freelancer.com refund me all the money... I asked the support: why...?
Because saheb m. Did his work so he earned his money (35 $)... all the decisions and handling of freelancer.com is confusing not to say senseless...
Finaly I could contact him via an other user on freelancer.com...
I paid him his money via palpay... BUT now he wants to have more because he LOSt time with freelancer.com support because he tried to understand why refund me... and he wants to me pay him this time...
NOW: saheb m. Still doesnt give my website free...
I wanted to be fair and send him his money via paypal but dont get anything for it... and all this stres because of freelancer.com is unable... and i have 35$ less in my pocket and nothing for it...

Answer: It is a PR platform that enables scammers to appear legitimate or verified. Freelancer doesn't care. They get a sizeable commission no matter if the posting is legitimate or not. Example: A fake ebook listing. Needs author to write 50000 words for US$ 2000. Unwitting freelancer bids and is 'awarded project' with message saying hurry up and accept. Once accepted, freelancer takes 'project fee' while you get tied up in their help callcenter trying to recoup not only the fee but potentially the fake employer gleaned from you using their platform. This site will be in the news soon. Trust me.
Answer: Hi Dejan. This happened to me in 2014, I lost a lot of money too, I withdrew the money on a Wednesday after the client had paid me $1000 in full. Then the next day, Thursday, I got a message that my withdrawal request was cancelled and the money reversed back to employer. My account was suspended and when I asked why, I was told that the employer looked like he was fraudulent and that the money might be fraud. Up to date, I am still bitter, angry and sad over that $1000 but I never got it back and Freelancer closed the person's account and that was that. So I hope this answers some of your questions and I am deeply sorry for your loss after such hard work. All the best
Answer: Freelancer.com focused on employer only, they just want as many employer and project as they can regardless of their country, verification status and deposits. However all the restriction is for employee. This is the reason Freelancer didn't stop them to post project without deposit. Almost 90% projects are fake (either posted by freelancer itself or fake/fraud employers). You have to be careful. Keep following things in mind will prevent you from fraud much. 1. Don't work for Employers from India/Bangladesh/Sri Lanka/Nigeria/Israel 2. Don't work for Employers whose name looks like Indian 3. Once the project is awarded to you, don't accept it unless the employer created initial milestone. Wait for at least 12 hours after milestone creation then accept it. 4. Ask for release step by step, don't work on next milestone unless previous is not released 5. Withdraw money from freelancer as fast as you can.
Answer: You can't say its fake but at the same time you can't just trust it fully. My point here is: people do get things done for the price but when it comes to money/payment, you can not trust freelancer. Sometimes it gets reversed from your account and you won't even get a satisfactory reason for it. I suffered a loss of 900 USD. All I get to hear that employer had some account issues and we can not disclose this any further. If you looking to work as a freelancer, go odesk or upwork and any other site first and then freelancer.com. Small incident: I worked for a client, designed the logo got the parent for it. Next day when looged in, my account showed negative balance ( payment reversed). Support: employer have acc. Issues Client: never came back or responded to any mails. Result: I worked and still in debt.
Answer: Dispute it with PayPal! Another beautiful example of why everyone hates Freelancer.
Answer: Freelancer is scam. I have very bad experience recently. "The payments you've received from your employer "-----------" were reversed due to their account issues. As a result, their account was closed" Lost over 800$. Freelancer also keep the fee for this job! Their support never answer. SCAM
Answer: Agree, do not use credit card details - freelancer is a terrible organisation when it comes to finances - they just debit your card at will, no warning, no opportunity to review the transaction, no notification of the charge - you just find out once you get your bank statement. Be very, very wary of this company - not saying their dodgy, BUT they are very devious when it comes to transactions. I think their motto is - "debit any time, just don't tell them and they wont complain"
Answer: Contact Paypal and file a dispute. I got a refund for the monthly amount that they should not have charged me for.
Answer: Good afternoon Rostyslav, unfortunately this has happened to most users of Freelancer including people who have been awarded projects. Ensure that you do not start any work or event accept a project until the following criteria have been met: 1. Project awarded 2. Initial milestone/deposit created 3. Client agrees to release the first payment immediately after you accepting the project. If they are unable to do this, tell then politely that you are unwilling to start on the project and keep looking for honest, legitimate clients. Be careful at all time on this website, even if you do vey thing by the book and the client still doesn't pay, the Freelancer support team will not help you. It is left to you to contact the client and chase the payment even of they delete their account.
Answer: Don't share you card. Use Paypal. First of all don't use freelancer they are scammers.
