Not sure what's up with this company, but I wouldn't advise using them for your business. Signed up several months ago and occasionally, I get an email notifying me of an incoming voicemail. When I listen to it, it's nothing but a bunch of keyboard clicks... every single one. Haven't received a legit voicemail to date... and of course, the email message states they weren't able to transcribe the voicemail.

I've emailed the company asking them to stop debiting my card - no response.
I've called their 800# and someone picks up the phone but won't have a conversation (though there's plenty of background noise).
If you go to their site, there's no way to cancel your account. If you try to submit a ticket, you get the message that you don't have authority to access that page.

Oh, and if you need to file a dispute with your credit card company, be prepared to cancel your card and have a new one issued.

Biggest scam ever. Don't know how they're still in business.
