Got a newer car
December 27, 2016

Hello everyone hope yall are having a good day, I'm writing in regards to my new vehicle that i recently purchased at fredy kia. My credit was no good but i was able to convince my dad to help me co-sign to get into a 2015 Kia Forte. The sales person was so honest and trustworthy, i will recommend all my friends here.

Lies and Deceit
February 13, 2016

From the day I left Fredy KIA, I have been unhappy. I was lied to and deceived by my salesman, James Maney. This was the worst experience I have ever had. These people will lie to you about the color of the sky. They are a bunch of money hunger vultures. I came in excited and ready to purchase my dream car. When I arrived I immediately asked if this car was available and I was pleasantly surprised when I was told it was. While there the salesman came back with disappointing news, telling me that I did not qualify for the car. He continued to tell me that I would need to be in a Kia optima for at least one to two years before I could get the car I desired. They seem to be more concerned about putting you in an overpriced car than making sure you are a happy customer. Instead of working with me to get what I truly wanted the sales man was only looking for ways to gain more money. I later discovered there was more money to be made if I purchased the optima, which is why there was absolutely no effort to help me out. My credit was actually good enough to get the car I wanted. James simply lied to get more money. I went back and exampled to them how unsatisfied I was. The car is cheap and not worth my hard earned money. The manager Michelle and James assured me they would help me, but lied and said due to inclement weather in the east coast there was a delay with the bank. I called the bank myself and the bank advised me that was lie. That proved James and Michelle were dishonest only to stall time so the bank could pay the car off and I be stuck in it. I am now paying a great deal of money for a car I do not even like. I have not even had the car for three weeks and now I am being told there is nothing they can do about it. I have been losing sleep and even jeopardized my job, by missing days trying to get this situation fixed. These people are completely untrustworthy. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. In fact I will make sure to share my experience with everyone one I know so no one makes the mistake I did.
