Freaky Pet

I ordered two sweatshirts for $50. Said it was delivered within the first couple days of ordering with the shipping number, but there was nothing attached to the number. I figured I would wait a week or two for it to show up, but nothing came. I checked the shipping number again with the same result. I contacted customer service and they answered fairly quickly to tell me they would look into it. But another week and a half went by and never got any follow up email. Asked for a refund and service was horrible. It's a total scam preying on people forgetting or not being persistent enough to push them for responses.

I bought more than two months ago and this is the date that I have not received anything. My order is no.*******. This virtual store is a fraud. Do not buy anything so that the same thing does not happen to you …..

Ordered a dog bed in April received finally in June after multiple emails to them. Return Address on package shows Alabama. Disputed order and asked for refund told they dont do that. Disputed thru PayPal and was told they would give me a refund if i returned the item and paid the shipping costs to China. That would be more than I paid for the piece of crap item. Not to mention the bed wont fit my 30 lb dog. Terrible exoerience. Do not recommend buying from this company.

Ordered an item that was "delivered" to me yesterday. Theres no item on my property anywhere. Freakypet told me go talk to my neighbors and handle it with ups because the item says delivered. It was the most poor customer service ive ever received. I am now out of money AND the product, they did not care that i never got my item. Save yourself the hassle, not worth it. Ups says item delivered to correct address, which is clearly false. Very disheartening to see how they dont give a crap!

Ordered two jackets and ordered them bigger. Different colours different sizes. After waiting weeks and weeks ended up getting the jackets the exact same colour and size not even what was ordered. It's cheap crap Chinese quality. Made for small Asian people ordered a 3X not even it's not even an extra large. Would have to pay $60 to ship it to China even though it came from Ontario. What a rip off I hope they get what's coming to them

I ordered a few cute products from this company hoping to give them as gifts to a couple of friends. They never came. Every week there is a different excuse as to why the items were not shipped. I have never had service like this before! Absolutely horrible! If I don't get my refund soon I will tell "ALL" of my friends to NEVER order from this company and will report them to the BBB... This site features poorly made Chinese goods My wife bought a 'soft' hoodie that turned out to be see through. It was a 3xl size for a baggy fit, but the arms were the size of a medium. The hood was also frayed. I emailed the company to let them know the hoodie was not as advertised and provided pictures from the site and the hoodie itself. They wanted us to ship it back to China for a refund. If you want a refund, ask them why you have to ship to China when they are located in Florida, also let them know you have read the reviews of the site and noticed it does not look good. At the end, say you will contact the Attorney General of Florida and your home state as well as the BBB (Do this anyways to prevent them from scamming others). They refunded our money very quickly. Sorry for the long post, but I've seen many people have a hard time getting refunds from this place.

Yeah this site looks really harmless but I'd be leery. I ordered a product from this site in mid July, it was a good chunk out of the wallet and I waited quiet a while for it but never got a confirmation it was shipped or anything, finally after emailing them they explained to me that "I needed to be patient" so I gave them a little more time and was pleased to see it was shipped, but it never came. The tracking number they gave me didn't work and I just new something was strange about them so I set out for a refund! It got to the point freakypet ignored my emails and I couldn't contact their phone number. 36 dollars worth of hundreds of cheap ear buds showed up on my door from Amazon that I didn't order... strange that was the exact amount I paid for the the bag I wanted on freakypet. I don't think it was a strange coincidence. Be careful, I personally DO NOT recommend this site.

I ordered 5 items on May 29 - over 4 months ago. 2 showed up, but 3 items never did. No response to emails. Pretty sure this is a scam.

I feel so embarassed that I got sucked in by this company. Products are cute on the website. When they arrive 6 weeks later they are an awful quality. Clothes are the lowest quality polyester (likely highly flammable) and they smell chemically. The sizes are no where near to correct (2XL does NOT equal XL in US sizes). When I tried to return for a refund I was informed that I had to pay for the return postage to "Futian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong province, China Letian Lam *******8900." I am not even sure how to do that. Guess I can kiss that $60 good bye. Lesson learned. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
