I place an order with FragranceX that totaled over 1K. I have ordered from them before without incident. With this order, they wanted an authorization code from my bank even though the funds were available and processed. I contact my bank (BoA) and they informed me they dont provide customers with authorization codes. The only codes they give are identification codes to verify they are speaking with their customer. When I informed FragranceX, they advised me that since I was unable to obtain the authorization code from my bank, they would cancel my order unless I used PayPal. I told them I do not use PayPal for anything. They then cancelled my order without any other options. I told them they lost me as a customer and I would use another site to give my 1K for purchases.
They kept telling me for fraud purposes they needed a nonexistent 6 digit number from B of A to confirm my identy. B of A said there was no such number. They said call Apple Pay for it. They said same thing. Try hey eventually got rude when i asked for a supervisor and hung up on me. They refunded my money tho. Stupid is stupid does….
Well the title says it all. I even called the shipping company and it's been almost 2 months with no delivery. Shipping company said to just have them send a new order but they didn't want to listen. Unless they refund me i will have to do a credit card fraud charge back.

Purchased an item because it's specifically said it would be here by Valentine's Day and then as soon as I hit the submit on my payment it said it would be here an extra two days afterwards. I called customer service the girl was extremely rude and kept saying slick and Sly remarks instead of trying to fix the issue. She proceeded to ask me for a screenshot for proof I sent her the screenshot and she still refused to fix the issue and abide by what the website said. This website delivers false advertising and the representative refuse to let me speak to a supervisor and refused to have one call me back. I am finally a formal complaint against this company and I will never shop here again!
I have ordered twice from this and on both occasions my items were never received even though the tracking system stated that items were delivered. The first order, they reshiooed and I received the items. They have done nothing on the second order.

I have been using Versace Fraiche for Men for many years. I decided to give Fragrance X a try when I needed to replenish my supply. While this fragrance normally lasts at least 12 to 14 hours - I would still get positive remarks about this fragrance at the end of the workday when I would be going out to eat or shopping. And, it's fragrance would remain on my clothes until they were washed. HOWEVER, the bottle of Versace Fraiche I purchased from Fragrance X is completely worn off of me and my clothes within four hours. I contacted a CS representative at Fragrance X and he refused to listen to my complaint since I had the cologne over their 30-day return policy. Note, it was shipped to me on November 13th, and when I called the company to discuss my concerns, it was December 16th... 33 days. The CS representative was arrogant and down right rude. I asked to speak to a manager and he refused to connect me to a manager. He said they "were too busy". DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, if for no other reason than the attitude of their customer service representatives. These people do not deserve to be in business! Order number *******
The website looks nice and legit but after ordering, I got 2 different tracking from them and have not even received the product after 4 weeks. On their site, the tracking shows that the product was shipped out within 2 days and it has reached up to Customs clearing level in Malaysia and got stuck there. On the actual carrier tracking site Janio, the product has not even been picked up after 4 weeks. I believe their internal tracking system is forged to show that the orders were processed and shipped out but in reality nothing was shipped out. 4 weeks from my order now, I have not received the items and their CS cannot even tell me where the package is except their standard reply " product is being shipped to you". They know it's very hard for international customers to file a claim or get a refund so all I can say is that it is a BIG SCAM!
