I had no problem ordering and got the one I wanted. The very next day I got the offer of my order being on sale and I tried ordering that and asking for the original order to be stopped. I received both items, one at the price originally ordered, and one at the sales price. It is a matter of almost $20 difference. I think you should have warned that the item would be on sale and to wait one day or in processing my original order, you should have given me the sales price. It is confusing when things like this happen. My husband does the bills and he gets antsy when things are not in order. So do I. We are older people and keep things in hard copies and match our purchases.

After placing my order I was not provided with confirmation or an order number I contacted FragranceX for same and was advised the email address which I provided by automation and this caused the problem. Bear in mind they sent an email high today has changed to an invoice number showing an invoice which showed a completely different amount to the amount they took from my bank.
Yesterday I received an email with order number that doesn't exist and shipping tracking which would take 2-3 days to activate. I have constantly updated my review through T Pilot and FragranceX had replied to the through the review site stating the goods eee delivered pm yesterday.considering I live in Northern Ireland UK I found it miraculous this was the case, I have no idea where it was delivered to but not to me.
My bank fraud department contacted me today to say 3 times the same company bank account where the initial money the company took from me had applied again for more money today they declined payment and are now investigating the company. They also took money for the exchange rate.
It seems they have no issues removing money but have tried to blame me for making mistakes in the same email I contacted them on

I'm extremely disappointed with the way Fragrance X in handling my dispute. You guys used USPS to delivery packages, it shouldn't be my job to contact your carrier to request the 3-page delivery record. That should be the merchant's job. Also, if USPS is claiming they left an unattended package on my porch in NY, then they should be held liable if it wasn't received. I was billed $196.10 for something that wasn't received and Fragrance X is not doing anything about the matter, they are just trying to make this really stressful on me. If no one was home at the time they claim they made the delivery then why would they just leave almost $200 worth of merchandise on the street. Would you leave $200.00 on someone porch. I will call the BBB and write a review on this claim because this is not right. I already filed a claim with my credit card company.

We have filed a claim on your behalf with the carrier. Please note that you put this address and there are no instructions NOT TO leave it if you are not home. But in the carrier's defense, this is normal to drop off a package at the address provided by the customer. The customer will usually have special instructions with their local post office if they should not leave things at their address because it is not safe. Unfortunately, we do have to wait for the carrier to investigate. If the claim is approved we will gladly refund you in full.
