Made a purchase at fragrancex and the payment left my account yet my order is still on hold. Received emails after emails saying payment on hold but the funds left my bank account.
Post-order support asks stupid questions that will not be answered (6-digit code from the bank), but the bank should not provide it to the buyer. So the order will still be cancelled!

I returned an item, using the postage label that Fragrance X supplied. They deny having received it and refuse to refund. Apparently the return has to be received in the USA before refunds are made. The return label supplied to me was for the UK arm of Fragrance X. Appalling customer service. Fortunately there are plenty of other discount fragrance outlets that do a great job, with good fragrance ranges and equally good customer treatment.

It all started when I paid 13k+ instead of 12k because of the currency difference. Their courier lost the parcel, they offered to wait when the perfume will be back in the store or send me part of the order (this is after a month of searching for my order) Then they said they could not send only part of the order and decided without my approval to refund my money and they are sorry that I just have to lose money! If you order from another country, be prepared to lose the amount of currency difference without getting perfume. I ended up with a headache and lost money.

Note that we do not have a store/arm in the UK, our only warehouse is in the USA. The return label that you received was for DPDs hub in the UK (carrier's depot). While it is true that we refund once the item is received in the USA, I am able to see that we refunded you before that.
