DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FRAGRANCEX IT IS THE MOST UNRELIABE AND IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY.
I have ordered Sisley Paris "Eau du Soir" Eau de Parfum in the end of September 2015 for $130.00. It was paid by a credit card to FragranceX but I did not receive it from the company. After waiting for weeks and being in touch with the company nothing had happen.
As of today, January 21,2016 I cannot get it from the company. Wrote to them letters, spoke with them on the phone. FragranceX Company representatives Kyra and Lee just send me to look for it somewhere in the post office and did not resolve the problem in any way. So as of today I have never received my perfume and they do not want to address the problem and they kept my $130.00. I really do not know what to do but would like to get in touch with the FragranceX President or General Manager and bring it to his attention. I was hoping to receive my perfume by October 2015 and wanted to buy at least 5 more some for myself and for my friends and family for Christmas and New Year, it would have produced a sale for the company for at least $500.00 more, but I became so angry and upset by not being able to receive even this purchase of $130.00 that I could not even think of ordering anything again. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND IT SHOULD BE STOPPED! I JUST SAW A SUGGESTION TO CALL Attorney General's office and Local News stations. This company is making millions from robbing people and they should be stopped we should not sit back, but contribute to stopping them! STAY AWAY FROM FRAGRANCEX! Tell people you know to stay away from this company.

I have been wearing Aqua Di Gio for 10 + years. Nothing else. My poor wife just bought a bottle from this site for me for Christmas 2015 because she thought she was getting a good deal. I knew something was off from the first spray. It didn't smell the same. It wasclose but something was different and was gone within an hour. Its fake all the way. Down to the sticker on the bottom of the bottle. Luckily I had another bottle I could compare it to, and I went as far as taking it ti Macy's and comparing it. The ladies there were more than happy to assist. Without saying a word they knew it was fake from the first spray! My wifeis a substitute teacher, doesnt make much money and this was her "big" gift to me this year... she is very upset and so am I. I feel so sorry for my wife because she was scammed. Ripped Off. Just plain robbed. Take a stand against these CRIMINALS people! Call your Attorney Generals and your Local News stations like I have. This company is making millions from robbing people and we sit back and contribute to it! STAY AWAY FROM FRAGRANCEX!

WARNING to everyone! Be aware when buying from abroad on the internet. Even though you pay shipping You will have to pay extra when it arrives in this country (uk) before it is delivered. It is a legal requirement by our Government that we have to pay DUTY & VAT. I have just been caught out. I had to pay an extra £34 to DHL to receive the goods that I had already paid £125 for. The company I bought the goods from have nothing to do with this and don't even know how much we are going to be charged by our government. There was nothing on their website to warn me either. Wont be doing that again!

A warning to everyone buying from FagranceX. I am still waiting for my order for September, no one can tell me how far the order is as they don't have a tracking number, I just need to wait, if I get it I get it, If I don't I don't as they cannot cancel my order... such a disgusting service.

I have used Marc Jacobs Dot perfume for last few years, love the fragrance, but the one I received from Fragrance X is not the Dot I know, the initial smell is familiar but within a hour of using its gone, even after spraying on clothing. Very unhappy as the ones I've in past fragrance lasts all day, the packaging n bottle are good as was delivery, but defiantly not the genuine article, they say if it's too good to be true. It usually is and in this case it was.

Really poor irresponsible scam! The staff told me the amount was cancelled and will be refunded back to my account, when I called my bank, the bank told me the amount was not even cancelled.
On the 11 April 2015, they double charged my account on a thing I didnt even make an order! I only ordered one set of perfume which already 14 days and haven't arrive.
On 22 April 2015, I made payment on two perfumes and they said they have cancelled which is not!

A total untrustable site that the admin treats you like an idiot. I'm from Malaysia & I can't even call through their Hotline! Below is their only response!

Why allow 1 or 2 business days for it to clear while they never even cancelled my amount?! What a big lie!
