I've never had an issue with this company. Everything is legit and prices are pretty reasonable, great selection, enjoy being able to get smaller bottles if I choose to sample a fragrance and keep me out of the mall. Shipping is a breeze as well.
First time buying from the store, I live in Brazil. I believed it would be original, I've already used the brand buying it here. The fragrance has no lasting effect, the perfume wears off and minutes later you no longer smell it. It is even of doubtful origin regarding the quality of the perfume. After a period of use, the smell is different. I will not buy from this site again.

I purchased a Nishane Havicat perfume from here. It smells NOTHING like the original! I've been trying to return the item for a while now! As the couriers in my country are saying they cannot send flammable items abroad! All couriers are rejecting the return! I spoke to a 'Ran' at FragranceX customer service to help. Ran was so rude and unhelpful said people send items back all the time from my country! Yet failed to give me helpful information such as which courier as this information is vital for me wanting to return the item as all couriers are saying they can't import flammable items out the country!

I have tried placing an order and cancelling because my apt wasn't included. It would not allow me to cancel, no answer on ph, & email said someone would respond in 1 day. They did cancel & I replaced only for it to verify my address again w/o the apt number. Still won't allow me to cancel. My apt# was there thru the ordering process but once the order was placed, it was removed.
