For Indian buyers only: I don't think the problem is with FragranceX product per se but their T&Cs with DHL. So what happens is that once FragranceX has shipped it they don't have any responsibility to ensure it is delivered to you. It's now DHL's. DHL after clearing through customs, slaps on some additional charges which are non statutory, outside of the shipping charges that you agreed with FragranceX when you paid for it and basically a DHL special rip-off. Their charges for paying the customs dues on your behalf are 5 times the duty! So it's basically a stand off. And any delays in this entire process means they can keep slapping on additional charges claiming warehouse charges. I wouldn't recommend FragranceX for Indian customers
I did not think the order would arrive in time for Father's Day but to my surprise it did.

All the other perfumes and samples were fine. The Narciso ambre sample wasn't spraying properly. I could just get 1 or 2 sprays after trying a lot.
So far so good. Easy to browser through and look around.
