It's unfortunate that Revlon makes so many "Charlies". I unknowingly ordered the wrong one. I contacted FragranceX.com. They were kind enough to send me a return label, and also told me which Charlies I wanted - which was out of stock. I'm waiting for them to notify me when it is again back in their stock.
Took awhile to get here, especially having to pay shipping. Other than that I'm satisfied just feel as if I have to pay for shipping it should be delivered in that time frame, thanks

This was the first order I did not like. I received other items with no problem
First off Fragrance X and Perfume. Com are the same horrible company. My order came missing one item and one item damaged. Customer service basically called me a lier about the missing item and sent me detailed instructions on how to depress the sprayer on the other item because of course in my 7 decades on earth I had NEVER encountered a spray bottle. Long story short, I disputed charge and it was reversed. I felt a little bad about the bad review I had left all over so I stupidly decided to give another chance. First order Perfume. Com, second order FragranceX. They confirmed my order by email. After waiting a few days to track had to call customer no service who informed me that they would no longer accept any orders from me because I dared to dispute a charge for an item never received as well as a damaged item. Good thing I called or I would still be waiting because they accepted the order and gave an order number. Good Luck and Good Riddance shysters. It is a mystery to me how they get good reviews because my experience was beyond horrible.
