AVOID AT ALL COST!
I recently purchased a gift (a Chanel Chance eau de Perfume 50ml) for my mother from The Fragrance shop.
The perfume arrived within 2 days which was great. But as soon as my mother tried it out she complained that the fragrance lasted no more than 1 minute and some change (my mother had an old Chanel Chance perfume that was almost finished and she demonstrated to me how strong and long lasting the fragrance should be).
It was clear as day that I had purchased a counterfeit product. But I contacted this company in good faith and reported the above complaint, and i went through the process, sent the product back for 'Testing' only to be informed that their testers could not find any fault with the Fragrance!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
I bought two perfumes from this website, never received them.
Contacted them and a lady called natazia just made excuses.
Do not buy of this company.
I received a totally different product than I had originally ordered. I reached out with no response.
This site is a bad site, it switched parfumes on me, now I have to get a refund and you get hammered in return fees, total bull $#*!
I have made many purchases from fragranceshop.com over the years and have always been happy and satisfied with not only the service I've received but also the products I've purchased.
Ordered a Christmas present for my wife with expedited shipping. Got an email 2 days later saying it was out of stock, in spite of showing in stock at the time of my order.
Very easy to purchase. Many products to choose from and reasonable prices. We live in Australia and the only down side to a purchase is the exchange rate and delivery time.
Package never arrived, they don't want to give a refund. Their customer service is just terrible, never contacted me regarding updates on my package not wanted to give a refund
Sent the wrong perfume, told me the manufacturer repackaged it but it was the wrong sent. Wanted to charge me for return. Will never order with them again.
I read all of the reviews, so I contacted the company and was able to reach someone on the first try. I wasted no time asking if they products were fake or old. I was told that the products were genuine from the company. I didn't get an answer as to whether the products were old. The customer service person was polite and courteous and said if I was not satisfied, I could return within 30 days. I took a chance and order 3 of the perfumes I was low on, Versace Crystal Noir, Issey Miyake L'eau D' Issey, the eau de toilette and the parfum. The product arrived in less than a week of ordering and I compared the look and the smell to the same products I had purchased from Macy's in the past. I sprayed the one(s) from Macy's on one arm, smelled some coffee beans and sprayed the ones I purchased from The Fragrance Shop on the other arm. There was literally no difference. The Fragrance Shop sent me the genuine product. All I can say is that I am one of the luckier ones that received the genuine product the first time I ordered.
Ordered Creed Aventus. Came fast and appears authentic. Never had an issue with this retailer. Don't understand where all the negative reviews are coming from.
Love it - Great sale price and free shipping on my most favorite perfume. Arrived very quickly. Overall very happy.
ITEMS ARE FAKE THEY REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY BUYER BEWARE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO OBTAIN A REFUND SINCE NOVEMBER

The order came on time and the product is excellent. Price is reasonable as well. I would definitely order again
