I don't know who to blame
Bought a cologne known to last forever
And got a watered down version that lasted about 2 min
I am going to return the unused portion( no refund)
Maybe Houbigant is at fault.

Sadly will not be buying from this business again

Ordered a cologne for my husband and the item arrived quickly, however, the cologne was shattered when it arrived, obviously damaged during shipping. Called fragranceshop, told them of the situation, took photos of the damaged item, sent them to fragranceshop and received a replacement cologne in a couple of days. No hassle! Needless to say, I was very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future. Thank you.

I ordered 2 products from this seller, i was told one item was in stock, the other one unavailable, i asked for a refund, they then asked me if i wanted a refund on both items or just the one that was unavailable, i replied to them saying that i would like a refund on the one that was unavailable. I am happy to say my unavailable item was refunded in just a couple of days and my other parcel arrived a week or 2 later, considering i live in Austalia, i think this wa great service. I placed an order for 5 bottles of perfume on a Thursday evening. They had a sale, plust the prices were incredible. The order shipped on the following Monday and arrived that Thursday (a week after placing the order). All five bottles were authentic, in sealed boxes and I am very pleased. All were designer brands that would have retailed for at least 50% more at my local department store, plus the shipping was free and I didn't have to pay tax. My experience with this online store was wonderful. I'm cofussed about all the negative reviews, unless it's a case of satisfied customers not taking the time to review this vendor. I didn't check them out before ordering and after reading all the negative reviews was worried. Turns out, I didn't need to be. Based on my experience with them, I would order again worry free.

I ordered 6 Aramis deodorant sticks and received 6 Aramis anti-perspirant sticks. Unfortunately, there is a huge difference- the anti-perspirant is white and leaves a very visible stain on clothes. I have tried contacting their customer support 4 times and they don't even bother replying. All I asked for was a refund and/or the product I actually ordered- I was and am willing to return the faulty merchandise. I told them I intended to inform the world and this doesn't motivate them to reply to me! Stay away from them!

I couldn't be happier! I ordered 2 perfumes, quelques fleurs and bob mackie from another supplier on 5/30/14 and promised delivery date was 6/10/14. I found out on 6/10/14 after four e-mails to them that they had cancelled my order becasue they did not have one of the perfume in stock and never bothered to advise me. I placed an order with fragranceshop.com on 6/10/14 and recieved it on 6/13/14. Thank you so much - I will order again soon

Do not buy here. False advertising plus horrible customer service. Will not recommend. Seller seems dubious and advertises items they don't have.

Before ordering from this website, ensure that you read all their policies. They will not accept order cancellation when it has already been shipped. They will also not allow your items be left in front of your doorsteps, you have to make sure you are there when your order is delivered or else, you need to pick it up yourself. Once you have your order, you can cancel it by returning the items and paying the cost of shipping and handling. In case they will claim that your item was not received on their end, then you will never get your money back.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE IF YOU ARE IN THE WEST COAST AND WHO ORDER ONLINE DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE NO TIME GOING TO THE STORE NOR POST OFFICE OR FEDEX TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER!

I felt it necessary to write this review. I ordered 2 items from this website without researching the website first. I know, a no no in the internet shopping world. You could only imagine my depressive moment when after ordering $102 worth of cologne, I read bad review after bad review on this company. At one point I thought about cancelling my order immediately. Glad I did not! Not sure if they changed something or I was one of the lucky customers, either way I felt I needed to provide my positive feedback. I received both items, within a week of ordering them. They were the original items I ordered, 1 bottle Eternity for men (6.7 fl oz) and 1 bottle Acqua Di Gio (6.7 fl oz). I paid $102 with free shipping. Both bottles were verified as authentic. Both bottles/boxes were sealed with no leakage or damage. I could only imagine what I would have paid if I had bought both items at a department store. Yes, it was a gamble, but FragranceShop delivered what they promised and made a believer out of me! This website/business will get my business again.
