This is a great company! The website is great and easy to navigate. I've ordered countless times and the shipping is fast, packaging is secure, and items are authentic. Great place to find hard to find fragrances. The customer service is great as well. If you have any issues small or big, they get back to you quick! And resolve your issue. (By the way I had a minor issue with my rewards which was easily resolved). That's how a company should be to provide excellent customer service. They really care about their customers. While I am over the moon happy to have been able to buy my perfume again I was surprised when I got prompted to use my reward "sprays" for free shipping which seemed to actually disappear. I had a message saying it didn't apply to my order but no idea why.
I just think that there's no point having a rewards program that isn't actually useful.
The product is fantastic so that's great and I am otherwise very satisfied.
