I have had pretty good overall experiences with Fragrancebuy.ca for most items. However, I ordered a fragrance that was listed as a tester but did not say "no cap" and was not pictured as such. I've ordered quite a few testers from your company and all had a cap. This is kind of a big deal to me since the cap is a magnetic cap. Missoni Wave was the product. I also cannot apply my free shipping earned credits as a member which seems pointless. Every time I try to apply the offer code it's rejected. I am in the USA. I also redeemed a stackable gift card and used sprays to do so and it was NOT applied to my order. Seems like as a USA member there are issues using my earned member credits.
I had an issue that was most likely caused by shipping and they fixed the issue without hesitation
Clear expectations were presented by the website and then fulfilled, great products were delivered.

Recently got into frangrances and here in Canada it's nice to have a discounter that offers such amazing deals especially so I can get my hands on some niche houses not available in store around my area. I really like the 99 cent extra fee for protection and a sample. I look forward to some of my fragrance wish list becoming available again.

I probably spend way too much time on the website, adding things to my wish list. When I get those emails that a fragrance I've been looking for is re-stocked I end up tossing in a few more that I wanted into the shipment because it just makes sense- great pricing and things that I can't find everywhere.
I also trust fragrancebuy more than Amazon- I might be able to get it quicker on azon, but it will be more expensive and the third party seller is someone I've never heard of... I'd rather use FB.ca and get it from a trusted source, even if it takes around 2 weeks on average to get my package (due to customs).
