I was able to locate some hard-to-find colognes on FragranceBuy.CA. Most all of my choices were blind buys recommended by YouTubers. So far those recommendations were spot on. All of my selections have great performance. I'm also pleased with the speed of delivery and customer service. Thank you!

I was a little confused when I paid because the difference in amount in USD. They quickly replied to my question in email. The scent was better than expected. This was a present for my daughter. Thank you for such a great product. I will be purchasing from you guys again!
Unfortunately my cologne arrived broken. I didn't get insurance and now have broken item.
I have had issues with my packages arriving on time, on the last two occasions. Each time it has been me running around, calling, emailing trying to get an answer. I have been disappointed with how Fragrancebuy (who are usually very good) has handled the issue. Notwithstanding, it is very hard to get a hold of someone to discuss the issue, the phone calls go to voicemail and via email the wait time is longer than expected. I have put in another order last week and need the package to arrive before Thursday - lets see what happens this time.

Package came exactly as sold, shopping for my fragrance was easy, and the package was packed with care; foam had been carefully placed so that the bottle would not rattle around or be damaged. Not the first time I have shopped with fragrancebuy and not the last :)

All excellent, but for us FedEx always arrives later than the expected delivery date that is initially projected. Sometimes a week later, so plan accordingly.

I thought I would try purchasing through the Fragrancebuy website. I must say, I was very impressed and I think it may have changed the way I shop for fragrances. The selection and range of products is amazing. The price is better than any store, even during store sales. The shipping was flawless and the company they used (shippee) was super efficient and professional. I have extreme confidence in the system. When my order came with a faulty bottle, I was able to easily get in contact with customer service, and the next day they offered me assistance with my order. The products are authentic, and you know that you have the assurance that if you need anything, you can easily contact them and they'll quickly and efficiently offer you something to counterbalance a negative experience. I was going to order from a different site then noticed the wait times on the order so I canceled and ordered from fragrancebuy instead and even after I miss ordered some product the people at FB helped me cancel that order and re order.
