I mean the overall shopping experience was good. Nothing to complain about, order arrived right on time, on a Saturday, which was interesting but appreciated. The bottle lid has a crack in it, and the bottle leaks a lot. If you flip the bottle upside down, I mean it quite literally drips every other second. This is how I recieved the bottle, I never dropped it or damaged it. If I use the bottle and put it on my shelf upright, its not an issue, but I cant carry the bottle on me, knowing its going to leak in my jacket or pocket.

Always perfectly priced! I appreciate the care in packaging! And they always seem to get the middle eastern releases before the states do.

I've ordered from fragrance buy in the past and have been happy with the condition the perfumes have came in, even going back to repurchase the same perfume and even 2 years later the order and shipping is still great. I've been introduced to this site by another buyer and I'll most likely use this for all future perfume purchases because it has great deals, great condition and amazing shipping times. Nothings arrived damaged, the perfume is authentic and the customer service is very attentive.

The last two products I ordered from you had the wrong delivery address. Good thing you send an alert that the package is on its way. The last time it happened, I sent an email and a text to the delivery company and they STILL delivered it to the wrong address. The address is correct on the FB account. I had to wait 3 additional days for my fragrance.

Apollonia has been on my wish list for years now, and I couldn't really justify the retail price, so I'm very happy to see FragranceBuy has it in stock for half the price. Awesome shopping experience and authentic products.

Love your store and your great deals. Don't like having to lose my loyalty points if I don't make a purchase within a specified time frame. That just doesn't feel good. I have a very large collection now. I feel like I am forced to buy something or I will lose my hard earned points. I earned these points. I should be able to use them at my own discretion.
