The Fragrance buy ca website contains every existing and new release product at unbeatable prices comparing to every other discounted website I used before, at first, I was worried about how long it will take my order to delivered to me (I`m in Brooklyn, NY), only 5 days and my order arrived well packaged and safe. Also, one thing I did notice on the website is the selection of discontinued items at an incredibly competitive price. I`m definitely will be using Fragrance buy ca again in the future and will recomended to friends and family.
Ships fast from Canada with FedEx--and I can redirect shipment for pickup at FedEx Office location to avoid porch pirates. No sales tax for US sales, great selection and prices. I have a package that was supposed to have been delivered Feb 13th showing in a city over from me. It's been 8 days in this status and not delivered. I called and the line hung up before I could leave a message and no one has reached out to me yet to resolve this and this is almost $300 that I spent.
Package arrived fairly fast since its an out of country's shipment. All fragamces where well packed in a strong box with packing from preventing broken fragrances. Just a follow up on my last review. Fragbuy customer service reached out to me asap. It felt good to know that at least they read the comments and will react to any concerns they can rectify. They took corrective steps to make sure my next purchase would be a pleasant one. (most likely khamrah qahwa lol)
As always fragbuy has great prices and is always up to date with the new clones and discounted designer but the delivery service is lacking. I purposely put do not leave package in front of apartment door at my condo. It even says on the package but the delivery person still left it at doorstep. Do these guys know what a porch pirate is? SMH. This may make me reconsider buying anything from your site anytime soon

Woow! Where do I begin!? Fragrance buy CA is excellent in all that they do from purchase to delivery! My shopping experience has been excellent. It's easy to find fragrances, save them to a wish list and/or request notices for restock items. The packing and shipping experience is top notch! I always get notices when orders are shipped, in transit, or out for delivery. I love the membership tier program with certain level discounts for each! The prices are totally unbeatable and FBCA has every scent type from designer to niche to some indie brands. I've made several purchases and will continue shopping for my scents on FBCA. Oh and should you need to return, the process is seemless, the FBCA customer service team is very responsive via email and professional. They've set the bar in my book.
I purchased 2 Xerjoff colognes on a 10 year sale. I received the box soaking wet ( absolutely no protection in the box either basically tossed my colognes in a cardboard box and mailed them across the country), smelling extremely strong of parfum. I took some pictures and tossed the boxes in the outside trash bin. I then emailed customer support, as I purchased package protection. I wasn't responded to for 48 hours. They requested pictures of the broken cologne and by then I had already threw away the box & the trash had ran. Now they won't reply to any emails or help me out on the customer support side of things. I'm very frustrated and upset with the customer service. Had they had a phone number or customer support chat with instant replies I could have gotten pictures. This in no way is my fault & here I am losing $270!

Sitejabber: Could you make it so I can leave a shorter review and just say everything was great? Because everything was great. Except being required to type 50 characters. I recently purchased a niche fragrance from a brand name that I'm very familiar with and have been collecting for quite some time now. However, I had an issue with the magnetic cap, it wouldn't sit flush because the atomizer was incorrectly seated. This definitely affected the quality of the juice. I reached out to FragranceBuy and they immediately remedied the issue by sending me another bottle. I must say the customer service is stellar and they truly strive on making their customers happy. I'm definitely going to continue shopping from them to build up my fragrance collection.

Only one thing that you should do is try to change your shipping courier, specially "Shippie".
Last two times i had very very bad experience with them they have Zero percentage of experience of shipping, Zero percentage of experience of customer handling, never delivered on time, deliver product to wrong address
So my kindly request to you that please change this "Shippie" courier service as soon as possible.
Ordered Xerjotff Toni Iommi for my husbands birthday and the bottle was leaking into the plastic bag packaging that it came in - no brand box! If a bottle of perfume doesn't come in the box they need to make it clear that it will arrive in just the bag
I contacted Fragrance Buy via email to inquire about an out of stock fragrance that I've been wanting to purchase for my husband. I've submitted to be on the list to get notified when back in stock-but I wasn't notified when it was back in stock and I missed out on the buying opportunity. A nice representative located the fragrance and set up a special purchase order for the fragrance. Awesome customer service! Fragrance Buy is the best fragrance discounter hands down! Thanks so much!
The courier who delivered the package from FragranceBuy did not follow my delivery instructions and it resulted to theft of the package. The incident was recorded by my surveillance camera and I immediately reported it to customer service through email and I got refunded within a week. It's awesome that the FragBuy team offers protection to their customers on incidents like this. Thank you FragBuy Team!
I had some technical issues buying from the website. Customer service worked with me to troubleshoot and eventually it was resolved. I initially was skeptical about the authenticity of the perfumes. I purchased an acqua di parma perfume and compared it to a "knock off" from China and a 15mL small tester i got in store and can confirm that the product on Fragrance buy is 100% authentic. The smell is exactly the same as the sample tester I received from The Bay and the knock off from China smell is much weaker. Hope to continue purchasing!
Aside from the usual unbeatable pricing, superb selection and prompt delivery, 2 notables during my recent orders that I would like to highlight are: quick response and resolution of a leaking bottle issue and when I forgot to put in the free shipping code where a refund was issued immediately, after I reached to them, to reverse the shipping fee.
