FragranceBuy did a great job in customer service! The fragrance is great! Smells very similar to BDC and if you don't know what BDC smells like, well buy this. Last about 6-8 on me which is enough for my preference
The shipping and handling speed was excellent, and the fragrances came in tact, with good packing materials to avoid any damages. The fragrances spelled nice, but that is ultimately up to the manufacturer of the cologne, which fragrance buy is not as far as I know.
After years of wearing the same perfume, decided to go with Vera Wang and I'm glad I did! Love the scent, it's not too drastic but it's subtle and that's usually what I like wearing in a perfume. Shipping was fast and the price was amazing!
Great products and arrival time was great. I loved all the new colognes I recorded from here. The sections were quite a lot to choose from. Sounds up getting some middle eastern fragrances which I was wanting to try it and they arrived safe and sound.
I have no complaints what's so ever. Nobody around can match Fragrancebuy.ca prices. If they can beat prices, it may be to good to be true.

Only authentic fragrances, shipping is always fast, and the items are always well packaged (i.e., good protection).
I've also ordered some more expensive "niche" fragrances from FB, which made me a little nervous at first because of the high price of some if these items, but in the end, I'm very satisfied: you always get authentic items with FB!
Been shopping for fragrances almost exclusively at fragrancebuy for about a year now. The prices are almost always the lowest and the fragrances are always 100 percent authentic. Packaging is done with care, so much so that've never received a damaged product. Shipping time is usually standard and sometimes earlier than expected. My shopping experience continues to meet expectations and I'll continue to shop at fragrancebuy for a long time to come. Oh! Totally love the rewards program! Excellent perks!
I discovered FragranceBuy when I started getting into fragrance and they have been awesome. The only issue I have ever had was a leaky nozzle that they quickly offered credit for (response time was fast too).

Upon discovering this site and finding out it was a local business, I was thrilled that they carried my fragrance. My ordered arrived within a few days and it was exactly what I had ordered plus there was a sample placed in my box for next time. Overall very happy I came across this company.

They packed them in a very sturdy box with lots of cushioning materials. They used a decent courier company even for free shipping, so I had no problem with the delivery.
Fragrance Buy has a great selection of frags and excellent prices. Only gripe I have is the time it takes to ship. Not sure if it's Fed Ex just not picking up in a timely manner but my last order did not get picked up for four days after the shipping label was created. I thought USPS was bad but Fed Ex may be worse. Overall, love Fragrance Buy and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I prefer to speak to someone when I have a question. Don't like to boot up my computer to ask a question. Too many companies prefer to be informal with the customers that keep them in business. I tried calling several times that day but nobody answered. Instead I was forced to send an email and wait 24 hours for a response. Then a second question was answered in another 24 hours. I'm old school, don't like doing business that way
The two fragrances I bought were shipped and delivered timely. The packaging was very well done. Was very pleased with the overall experience. This is the second time I've done business with Fragrance Buy and won't be the last.
Prices, speed of shipping out, delivery time and packaging are all among the best in the business. FragranceBuy is always in the top 2-3 sites I check. Not surprising as most Canadian companies I have bought from are top-class and well managed.
Fantastic selection, great prices, best packaging by far, and extraordinarily fast shipping (especially given that they're shipping from outside the United States)!
I now only purchase from other sources when I cannot get something right then the FragBuy--which is not very often.
