La batterie que j'ai reçue n'a pas fonctionné correctement. Mon ordinateur s'éteignait tout seul sans prévenir que la batterie était faible. J'ai remis l'ancienne et, même si elle ne tient que 20 minutes, au moins elle prévient quand l'ordi a besoin dêtre rechargé!
Concernant le site, j'ai écrit pour les prévenir ==> pas de réponse!

The delivery time was correct for a battery. The picture on the web is not enought clear. So the battery is bigger than I had thought. And beside it goes in the laptop with few difficulty. But it works.

Ps: la batterie est une compatible medion, msi... bien donner les références au vendeur pour recevoir le bon produit surtout le nombre de mAh pour l'autonomie de vôtre pc.

Received earlier than expected, and the caracteristics seem totally ok. Works perfectly well and does not get warmer than my original one.
I ordered two Asus chargers. Despite having a unique ID, the charger tip could have several different shapes/dimensions. The support proactively contacted me. Based upon the photo I shared, they successfully identified the right tip. They shipped both chargers in a timely manner. The postal service is reasonably fast taking into account the shipping fee. The parcel appropriately protected the items. The chargers still operate after weeks of usage with the same performance as the original one. No complaints.
J'ai commandé deux chargeurs Asus. Malgré une référence constructeur unique, ce chargeur existe avec différents connecteurs de dimensions différentes. Le support m'a proactivement contacté pour procéder à l'identification du bon contacteur d'après une photo de l'original. L'envoi a été effectué dans les meilleurs délais et conditons: numéro de suivi, rapidité, colissage. Après plusieurs semaines d'utilisation, les chargeurs n'ont manifesté aucune défaillance. Les performances sont identiques au produit original. Je suis satisfait.
Le produit envoyé correspond exactement à ce que je souhaitais, il fonctionne parfaitement. L'envoi a été rapide et l'emballage était bien fait. Je suis très content de mon achat.
