Bought two hats. They showed up in a tiny thin bag so of course they would be damaged. Emailed them, sent them a fb message and an instagram message. Their website doesn't even work, try clicking on it. https://foxstershats.com/ I just want to return these hats and no one will contact me back
This is my second review after 2 months of waiting and still no hats. Got a email on tracking number 2 weeks ago and it's seems to be stuck, I don't know what company these guys use but it must go all around the world. Still haven't received and very disappointed and summer is coming and I see myself wearing these hats next year if I get them. #&$@#*$#@&$#$@ is all I can say.
Hmmmm! Where do I begin. I ordered 3 hats on the 12 th January 2022, i have been waiting for a tracking number ever since and not even a reply on Instagram or email. Then I finally get an email from them telling me that the mail was in the spam and they didn't see it, from what I see it's the same excuse. Then they told me that it got stuck in customs from France too Greece there is no customs and as I said to them, I think it never got sent. I wrote a review here and the sent me msg and told me to erase the msg and they will send me the hats from another wearhouse from China. They told me the will send me a tracking number in a few days but as I can see no tracking number. So far as customer service, I would say very disappointed, now if I get the 3 hats I will again write a review to let people know. I like honesty and straight people. If I will not receive anything I will go all the way to find my justice and to make sure this company gets what they deserve. It's just so happends that my family works as layers. Let's see
My experience is I have ordered 3 hats 12 days now and I totally understand because of covid but when I email or contact them though instagram they don't even answer me to let me know what's happening, very unprofessional. Now waiting to actually see when I get them and in what condition.
Order number # 9150 placed, paid and confirmed 08 January... still hasnt arrived. Approx 20 emails and numerous DM's on Instagram and not a cr@p is given - No replies. The worst shipping tracking system Ive seen in my life and my profession is supply chain. As the days tick by I am more and more convinced that this is not a legitimate company. Consumers beware!
My order was taken along with my money, a pathetic excuse for a tracking number which didnt work, numerous excuses as to where my package was and lies about delays; never received my product and many people dont so this company deserves zero business from people! Disgusting, no refunds, no care and terrible customer delivery and service.
Really bad packaging for a hut - like buying a t-shirt. I ordered it on late December and arrived on mid February. The one hut was really bad quality, even during the carnivals season, you get huts in better quality and for one tenth in price. The hut cornice was uneven, in contrast to the pictures shown in the website. The other one was baize, sufficient quality, but it came flat due do the bad packaging.
By the way, they never replied to my request for a return and refund.
PS. Are you getting paid to make a good review? Are you selling fake expectations?
I love this hat, it is such a pretty red wine color, but mine did have a kink in right side of the brim. I tried to steam it out but discovered the kink was from an overlapping wire inside the brim. I ended up scooting the wire to the back of the hat so it would be less noticeable. Still love it tho, I wore it to the Who concert at Hollywood Bowl and got tons of compliments!
Finally got my fedoras after a month or so and it came in horrible packaging to my surprise. Upon opening the packaging the hats were badly damaged. I'm very disappointed and have to written to them to see what they will do next. Take a look at the pictures below. Wouldn't recommend these people. Says head office is in Europe but comes from China according to tracking.
*Update - 24 hrs have passed since writing to them at sales and at their info email addresses and no reply. After getting over the fact they were crushed I noticed one colour was totally wrong from what I ordered so a double mess up!
I came across this site on Instagram and firstly liked the price point and design of the hats. I was a bit sceptical being they were being sent from such a distance and whether the quality would be good. However, i took the plunge and the hats exceeded my expectations. Although a bit late on delivery the hats were of great quality and packed well. Definitely would recommend

When I wrote to *******@foxters.com, asking for a tracking ID of my order, the email bounced.
I hope Foxters can get in touch asap to update me and that I receive my order soon.
I ordered 3 hats from Foxsters on their Black Friday sale. As of today, 16 Feb 2022, I have not received the hats, and they have not responded to my emails, facebook messages and Instagram messages.
I would advise not making use of them, they are thieves, dishonest, and a scam.
The quality is awful, cheap felt that you would expect from a costume shop, the hat came in a plastic bag through shipping and arrived totally deformed. Customer service will not give a refund even though the hat they sent was deformed and the wrong color. It also took over a month to arrive. Terrible experience. DOnt waste your money

All our hats are made to be foldable and there is a metal wire inside the brim. You can simply model it with hands at your desired shape. I ordered three hats in April. Two arrived in July. One was horrendous quality and the leather strapping broke before it was even worn. As of late August the third hat had not been dispatched. I requested this be cancelled as I was moving house. Customer service and contact is appalling. Received an email saying the third hat had been dispatched after requesting it was cancelled and refunded three times. No refund, no acknowledgement.
This is just a shoddy drop shipping company from China with flashy marketing, avoid at all costs and shop local.
I thought I was going to be in for a disappointment with this hat. But instead, the packaging alone shows the maker values the hat, so customers should too. Actually, I purchased two because buying more than one made economic sense.
Considering the extremely low price (I paid under $30), I was expecting a "costume" hat. Despite buying it for a costume, it honestly feels much more like a high-end every day hat.
I don't know how well it holds up to rain/snow/etc., and whether the felt will spot or pill, but for someone on a tight budget who'd like a pinched fedora or ESPECIALLY someone looking for a perfect costume piece, I sincerely can't imagine you doing any better for a price anywhere near this. It even came extremely well packaged, no re-shaping needed.
Extremely annoyed with these people, I have received no tracking number, ($ paid from my account) no response from emails requesting follow up! I would give no stars if that were possible... very disappointed at lack of customer service. Would not recommend this site, possible scam.

The hat I got is super cute and can dress up an outfit or be worn with jeans and t-shirt. It came packaged very well. The hat arrived on time and was in a sealed bag and placed in a box. It also came with a hard plastic shell which fit over the top of the hat to help reshape the hat just in case you'll need.
I have a big head lol so I was worried when I purchased it, but it fits perfectly and it's cute. I was going to buy a high-end one for around $300, I'm glad I found this instead. Now I can get every color!
For being ridiculously cheap, this is the BEST HAT! It's my new favorite, and I will be purchasing in more colors. The adjustable inner brim is great, and yes, per other reviews, the band will probably come off - it's just slightly glued on, so you'll need to glue or stitch it yourself. ALSO! I ordered this hat with a big order, so it came in a big box and wasn't bent or crushed like I saw some other deliveries were. So glad I tried it out - if you're on the fence, I'd say go for it.
I purchased a white wool fedora and I love it! The shipping was free and everywhere I go, I get so many compliments! It also arrived very quickly. I just purchased my second hat of many more to come, I'm sure. Thanks Foxsters!
I have Locs and it's so hard for me to find hats that fit because I have so much hair. I love that they add a drawstring inside of the hat to be able to adjust the fit anyone's head. They also took extra precautions in shipping

Answer: Forget it! They will never send you your hat. Its all fake. Fake adress in Paris, fake adress in Italy, fake warehouse, all cheap stuff from China. Sorry for your experience, but - don't.
