Nice design and high quality. Best of all, the product is expertly wrapped, with a plastic mold and bubble case. If there are wrinkles, can be simply stretched out using a standard iron.

The hat was divered on a timely. It was carefully packed in a plastic bag and small box. Foxsters card info and ironing instructions were included inside ths box. The hat's brim was robust and so its material. No damage or deformity on the product. The size (M) is perfect on my headOne of the Best Fedora

A hugely disappointing and frustrating experience! My partner ordered a hat which arrived in a plastic mailing bag, completely crushed. We contacted them with pictures and have chased this up with two further emails as well as a Facebook message and still no reply after weeks. A total sham... any professional hat retailer would use protective mailing boxes. Any decent company would reply to emails.
I ordered my hat at the start of August and still have no hat. Multiple emails, no response, no product. Do not buy from this business.
Eventually a second hat was sent after multiple attempts at communication and arrived a long time later.
If you are looking for good service and good quality, i would look elsewhere.

Do not waste your money with Foxsters. This company will take your money and "send you a product" that never arrives. I ordered a hat on July 5,2021 and it is now mid-September. Apparently my product was "lost as customs" 2 times already and the third has been in transit for almost a month. I live in Canada. The owner of this company fielded my emails but took almost a week to respond on multiple occasions. She gives the same excuses every time and won't honour my request for a refund at this point after all this hassle. She also threatened to SUE ME when I told her I would leave my honest review online. These hats ship from deep in China and the company uses third rate shipping companies that can't even do their job. I would avoid this company and their products at all costs. It's not worth your money or time.
Hi, unfortunately your first package has been held by customs. This isn't under our control and we exchanged dozens emails with you to solve the issue and assist you. As i can see you accepted a replacement free of charge. After us sending the replacement you also asked a refund. You received your product but still have a misleading review online.
Ordered 1 hat in July, still have not received it. Have emailed ‘customer service' approximately 6 times with zero response. The tracking says that it has been returned to origin country, somewhere in China, so I'm not sure what that means. I would not recommend purchasing from this site.

The quality of these hats are a bit of a joke. Very cheap material and look just that... cheap. One of my orders took over 2 months to arrive. I sent an email and requested a refund as I had not received the order and got a response stating that it had been held up at customs - nonetheless I requested a refund and my email was ignored... TWICE. I eventually received the order but again, poor quality and very cheaply made.

Extremely disappointed in how I received my purchase its un utter disgraceful experience. An absolutely piece of rubbish arrived in a plastic mail bag creased like T-rex stepped on it. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH! "you guys should be ashamed if yourself"! Thank you for deleting my Facebook comments on your page. This is only the beginning.
This is an edit of a previous review. To cut a very long story short I ordered 2 hats in August 2021 which I returned due to poor quality.
I tried to contact them to confirm I had returned the products and could not get a response. I finally managed to get in contact on 6th October
And started a dialogue via Instagram.
On the 22nd November 2021 I sent them a message showing them the tracking stated they had received the hats. They agreed to honour the refund AS LONG AS I CHANGED THE REVIEW I posted on this site. I agreed to change the review, which I did.
It is now 22nd of January 2022 and despite me sending them numerous messages telling them I haven't received the refund, they choose to ignore me. I've attached pictures of our conversation.
I have now accepted I'll never receive the £50 but want to ensure that other consumers don't get caught out.
Steer clear of this company!

Ordered this hat last minute for an engagement shoot with my fiance. Got it so quickly and it was nice and light for the summer heat. Loved it so much I need it in more colors!
I would give Loads of compliments to this product. Color is spot on. I Will definitely purchase more on other colors and I would like to try the wide brim model also.
I usually can't find hate to fit my head. So I'm glad this was adjustable and was able to fit. Def getting more colors.
I was a little apprehensive to buy this hat or any hat online. But this one looked so nice that I decided to give buying a hat online another try. I am so glad I did! Love it!
Answer: Forget it! They will never send you your hat. Its all fake. Fake adress in Paris, fake adress in Italy, fake warehouse, all cheap stuff from China. Sorry for your experience, but - don't.
