I don't wanna talk bad about the whole business, they do have a caring staff! I understand they work hard I understand people have birthdays and they take vacations. The only thing I don't understand is after I settled, I called and called left messages. My attorney tells me one thing his paralegal tells me another, when I had to go Thur CE line to get to talk to someone. I get an email explaining to me how much I'm supposed to get and what they receive with something else and I didn't understand nothing in that document. I was told I'm still waiting on a judge to sign off it. I tried to call again yesterday and I got a supervisor cause I was up set I'm getting told only little things when they get frustrated with me, so yesterday the supervisor asked why would I won't to quit on a case that is complete. Well I was never told it was completed cause what I thought was if the case is complete you should have your money. So since I can't get solid answers from them does anyone have any advice or know what happens during this whole process, cause I never sued anyone so maybe imma little clue less.
The staff gave me a feeling of comfort, knowing my case is in good hands.

I received more than one email informing me Morgan and Morgan would be representing me in a matter, when I made appointment. After calling to confirm time, a female who only identified herself as Tatiana was incredibly rude, obnoxious and off putting informing me that the voluminous emails I had received were a figment of my imagination despite having printed a half dozen of the emails informing me we would"be getting started" and they were excited to be representing me in the matter. I am still shocked by the attitude and incredibly rude treatment this woman provided me with. I am still unsure if the appointment time they made was genuine and naturally wouldn't consider allowing such an individual to represent me in any manner whatsoever. Ridiculously horrendous treatment

I got hit by a car, it was a hit and run. I couldn't get the license plate number and didn't know anything about getting a law firm involved. Some one told me to call these guys and the lady I talked to was absolutely amazing. Very supportive took care of me there was no cost at all. I'm very glad I called whether I get justice and win the case or not. Very grateful.

Well this is my first time ever looking for help in my situation. I am physically disabled to do any kind of physical work and injured while working. I had no clue how to go about getting help and with a simple phone call, they seemed to want to help me. Which was refreshing to hear.

I was on the phone waiting to talk to someone about a consultation appointment i was trying to set up and was told i would have to wait hours because they were dealing with a big client that had priority over me, the receptionist then goes on to say that maybe if i was suing someone like Mike Tyson then maybe I'd get some help sooner... i was in shock when i heard that, who even says that to someone?
