After an accident in 2023 I signed up from ER. They switched me from case manager to case manager and referred me to Doctor that was charging $2500 a visit for doing basic exam. After 1yr I was told insurance was settling. Then was told another attorney in firm signed one of the other people involved with accident creating a conflict of interest. They referred me to another attorney but didn't send info from my Dr visits until I called and asked them to. Then my new attorney informed me that Morgan and Morgan didn't withdraw representation. This all caused even more delays as I await surgery. Totally disappointed. I was going to use them for another issue with VA disability but have decided to look elsewhere for representation instead since I have no faith in this firms ability to properly advocate for me.
They decided to be settled for less because they believe more on a witness than believing and defending me So no, I Don't believe They fight for the People! DO NOT HIRE MORGAN & MORGAN. I was a client who had what I thought was a pretty straightforward case. I was broadsided by a PU truck and there was no dispute about who was at fault. The driver said he didn't see us and accepted full responsibility. I hired M&M to represent me and that was a huge mistake. It took endless calls, texts and emails to get anyone "on my team" to respond to me, give me updates, etc. While I was getting my medical treatments no one ever checked on, the ONLY time I ever heard from someone was when I initiated contact and only then after days and somethings weeks of trying. I too would find my "team" had changed w/o ever being told.
Finally, after 18 months of nothing, they realized there were no long term treatments required for my ailments, and no huge payout, they decided they had no use for me. To make matters worse there are new tort laws here in Florida that require a suit to be filed within 24 months. They left me holding the bag with no qualms about it. They have great advertisements, but the only people they are FOR is themselves.
I explained in detail accident online and submitted, was called immediately by a woman who put me through to a man who i went into detail what happened then he put me on hold came back and told me they didn't have any one in area after all that.
So much for the slogan, For the people not the powerful
it sickens me to think i believed in him!

This firm appears to only accept cases when it stands to gain substantial profit rather than focusing on the clients' interests. Moreover, the representative seems ill-equipped to handle the intake process effectively. My interaction with the staff left an impression of insufficient expertise. After being transferred five times, it became clear that none of the representatives possessed the necessary knowledge. I cannot recommend spending even a minute with them.

Only taking cases but never delivering the service they promised. Since a 16 month period, I have been their client and nothing is going forward. The claim manager is magic. She makes notes for calls she never made. No updates. The agreed-upon methods for communication are not used. The escalation team only puts the client down and doesn't do anything to help in this. Management is never reachable. All promises are lies.
The notes from the case manager are not truth. She never contacting me and she avoid the agreed way via email.
My accident was in January. Since then was 4 case manager and 3 Laywer on this case. But only the 1. Has taking to me. Gives only promised to working on this. No one calling back, to emails not any responds, no call backs. Advertising Morgan & Morgan telling the opposite. It's not a professional behavior. It's not the amount off clients it's the work quality what makes the difference.
WE hired Morgan and Morgan to handle my husbands SS disability case. They handled it slow all right. And we were told that when the case was over they would take their fee and send us the balance.
Well, they did take their portion that is allowed by the law. And yes, they did make sure we got the balance.
Fast forward a couple years, we started getting phone calls about and "Unpaid Balance" of $68.00. When we asked about it they finally said it was for unpaid phone calls, we just iterated that all fees were taken prior to us receiving our payment. After a few calls they said that they were going to take us to court for payment. We asked to speak to a manager. We heard from no one. And now we received a threatening call saying that they would have SS review our case. They also said that we received many bills for this balance. We never received any bills only phone calls.
So beware of Morgan and Morgan

Terrible law firm. They do not care about their clients. The lawyer I had lied to me about my case. Did not fight for me. Bullied me into settling when I did not want to. She also refused to allow me to see recommended surgeons I needed to see for proper medical care. I am disabled for life and left in severe pain. My lawyer did not care at all. She even was joking with the opposing lawyer and having fun with him during each meeting. This law firm also screwed over my brother. If you value youself, go elsewhere for representation.
No explanation after taking therapy for one year with all evidence- My case with M&M was not completed with no proof. My wife and I wasted our time, and money so frustrating. Very disappointing and frustrating. I have just received an email that the case is closed. My wife was called via phone and told the case was closed.
I phoned Morgan and Morgan and spoke to Annette located in Florida. Annette is such a nice person and went beyond what was expected. The initial inquiry into the data breach for t- mobile has spawned a 2 week harassment spree of "case workers" from this law firm! It's bad enough that millions of data breaches have destroyed my credit and added stress of literally 14 voice mails explaining absolute trash and non communistic profession. Yes my daughter called them a day after her accident, they took her on. 3 different lawyers called her over a 9 month period, then called to say they could not take her case!
You tell me why it took them 9 months to figure this out, they led her on all those months, when they could have let her know this within 2 months... VERY BAD BUSINESS ANE RUINED HER LIFE FOR 9 MONTHS. Shame on them

If u have any issues associated on their website and it don't pay out more than half a million they won't take your case. Money is their main objective. To line their pockets not yours. Don't listen to the lies.
The phone number they gave me for the lawyer they assigned to my case has only had voice mail all 5 times I called. The message says leave your name and number and I will call you back at my earliest convenience. That was three weeks ago, guess it hasn't been convenient yet. I am writing this review while I am on hold in the que waiting my turn with Morgan and Morgan customer service, my phone says I have been holding for 01:32:21 maybe there is no one there to answer.

I filled out their form and immediately got a call from Round 1 man, who "screened" me and sent me to a Round 2 female, both with thick hispanic accents, who was rude, interrupted, and disrespectful. Someone called me back the next day, after I told them to forget it They are like dealing with a tacky off-shore call center. Headquartered in Florida, meaning they have no professional regulations or consumer protections to answer to.

After 2 separate attempts from someone trying to change my father's will to benefit themselves, that person managed to cancel the policy leaving me, my brother and sister with NOTHING after my father paid premiums for DECADES. This was a policy for 1 million dollars. They will fight big insurance companies if it is an open and shut case. If is a difficult case, don't bother with these guys. Not looking out for the little guy. $*******. 00! Seriously? The insurance company knew it was happening.

They only take on BIG cases... They want their billions of dollars and do not care about the smaller cases. This is how these large firms can afford millions of dollars worth of advertising and I am sick and tired of seeing their lying tv commercials. The founder is a total liar. I know two people including myself that have been denied cases, but were taken on by another law firm. Not fair business practice and certainly not professional.
