My son was hit by a car in Florida, we stupidly hired Morgan and Morgan. They did collect the money from the drivers' insurance then said since we lived in NJ the case needed to be moved to NJ. At the time they were not there but used a firm. It was switched and we were told these things take time. After over a year I called and found out the lawyer the case went to no longer practiced law so I had to go back to Florida to find out what was happening. The case now, only because of my call was moved to another lawyer now with Morgan and Morgan in NJ. The problem is he won't return a call. I have now received a bill from my insurance company for more than was recovered. At the moment hiring Morgan and Morgan looks like it will cost me thousands. Time for a new law firm but some say they may have lied and the statute of limitations may have expired. You have been thru enough don't get screwed as I did
Too many cases to get anything done six years of dragging me along lawyers a joke in court and for follow up don't waste your time get a lawyer who wants to win don't even think about trying to talk to one of the Morgan's it won't happen the one on tv is nothing but a hand shaker

I was on the phone waiting to talk to someone about a consultation appointment i was trying to set up and was told i would have to wait hours because they were dealing with a big client that had priority over me, the receptionist then goes on to say that maybe if i was suing someone like Mike Tyson then maybe I'd get some help sooner... i was in shock when i heard that, who even says that to someone? I was T-bone other driver drunk driver did not stop. I got a permanent injury from the accident. It was the worst decision to go with Morgan and Morgan. 2 1/2 years later had to settle for 6,500.00.I initiated every phone call. No communication, my case kept changing attorneys, every time I called there was new people handling my case. My mistake to go with this firm, don't let it be yours!
They advertise they will fight for your case snd not just accept any offer. After you sign up they spend the next "years" devaluing the merits of your case to you. They cast a wide net (take every case) and make money on every case so they can't lose. They were so out of tune on my case that my insurer found out "thru me" that the other driver was at fault. I saved State Farm $8500 fighting for my $500 deductible. The adjuster asked as if startled: "They settled?" Then they charged the guy who hit me insurance company which Morgan didn't even "work" for a settlement. So go with a smaller and hopefully hungrier firm.

Still waiting and suffering from injuries caused by another driver. Who, rear ended me and destroyed my beautiful car. That was my only means of transportation. I am still waiting on a settlement that I hope fixes my suffering and financial suffering.

Everyone is very attentive and responsive to my questions and my demeanor. My an\xiety is pretty high right now and everyone seems supportive and understanding.
I do have concerns over signing an agreement without the 40% filled in the document and with me not having the ability to edit that line. It seems to me that when this is sent out it should have the blanks filled in so there is no dispute later.

I lost my wife to pancreatic cancer. She was misdiagnosed over a several months period due to lack of tests. This caused things to progress to a point where she only lasted a few months with the best car due to the progression.
I only called 1 Lawyer who I thought for the people.
The people I talked to were very attentive and professional. However they declined my case.
I understand who they use a formula in settlements ages, children etc This was never a big bucks case, It was a case that would require a lot of time and resources. However for me I am strange, I do not care about dollars, I care about principle.
They need to care about the dollars needed to keep their thing in motion. I do understand but am very dissapointed.
I thought they were better than that. They did offer to get me a list of other lawyers which might be interested. They of course would not have the name or resources I wanted.
I have given up on justice and will not chase the ambulance chacers

So far so good all paperwork came out nice hopefully they can help my girlfriend and I with this hit and run case her knee has been hurting her really bad since the front end collision. A lady with a white Ford transit newer model with Tennessee tag backed into us with full intentions to hurt us
