I was outside in my yard, when struck by a vehicle. The medical bills started piling up & I couldn't work. I didn't know what to do. I thought to myself, "who is the best firm for my case?". I remembered a commercial of Morgan & Morgan saying they were for the people. They answered my call very late at night, asked about my trauma, and assured me I could relax and not worry. From that day on I just focused on healing & let Morgan & Morgan handle the rest.
Due to Pandemic and seating a jury plus, not knowing when we could seat a jury we agreed to settle the complaint. Reimbursement was pennies compared to the reported accident and problem. Responsible party in reality walked away with unclean hands.
My attorney Jerred Martin and his assistant Amber Gould did a fabulous job worked hard and in no way could he control the pandemic or any influence seating a jury. Will certainly use his office for any of my legal needs.

October 5th, 2020 was the date of my horrible accident. From that date, I could not have asked for such outstanding lawyers! I am notified whenever Morgan & Morgan have a question and they keep me informed about my case. I totally agree with the advertisements for Morgan & Morgan on television. In my opinion, they deserve a five-star rating.

I was called in response to a referral by another attorney who felt my case would be better handled by Morgan & Morgan than by him. The gentleman who called me and handed my intake interview was very nice, professional and understanding about everything I had been through.
I got a letter reference to a failed part in my knee replacement. They strung me a long asking different info. The always had to have immediately stop what ur doing & answer them. I contacted them as soon as I got the letter, after providing all the info. I got a call saying I don't fit their class action as the time frames are different in NY. How can they not want to fight a perfect fight, if His sent the letters out after the time frame that a perfect case. But Morgan is just too lazy to fight. If it fit in a class action suit well that's easy. $#*! the client. Dont hire these money hungry jerks

You immediately get the feeling that they will fight as hard as they can for you. Their service is exquisite from your fist interaction.

Morgan and Morgan Prey on Slip and fall victims
This is based on my experience and opinions of Morgan and Morgan.
Morgan and Morgan use the perfect bait and switch for a quick payday.
They prey on slip and fall victims.
You sign the contract, and they will drop your case within a year, Guess what they do? They keep their lien on your case.
Their harmful tactics, pressure, and unethical practices caused my 70-year-old mom to have an attack and go to the emergency room.
The attorney or case manager made and accepted a settlement offer without discussing this with my mom.
Today, Morgan & Morgan quit because what they did is illegal. This is legal malpractice, and I told my mom not to sign the documents.

User's recommendation: Don't get sucked in by Morgan & Morgan's false advertisement. They are not for the people, it's all about the money. I'll share the emails.

My daughter was injured at her job. They failed to adhere to workers compensation rules and actually closed the restaurant that same night. I called Morgan and Morgan and they quickly jumped in and got my daughter the medical treatment she needed as well as defend her against this company not taking the correct measures during this incident. I appreciate the dedication that Morgan and Morgan put into this case and that they helped
Hired Morgan and Morgan as a lawyer to fight a disability denial. Halfway through the claim they switched lawyers' on me the first one was great and helpful, the second one was a total clown. He didn't communicate without me sending multiple emails almost having to get nasty with him. He didn't even know that my case had been denied 5 days after I did I sent multiple emails without a response until I got nasty and said we were through and still thinks my case is pending. Wasted valuable time I needed to win my case and now I'm going to loose my home because of his ignorance saying that he was training other employees this week and wasn't around to look at my case. Worst experience I have ever had. Now I have to waste more time finding another law firm to take my case and explain everything over again.

I received more than one email informing me Morgan and Morgan would be representing me in a matter, when I made appointment. After calling to confirm time, a female who only identified herself as Tatiana was incredibly rude, obnoxious and off putting informing me that the voluminous emails I had received were a figment of my imagination despite having printed a half dozen of the emails informing me we would"be getting started" and they were excited to be representing me in the matter. I am still shocked by the attitude and incredibly rude treatment this woman provided me with. I am still unsure if the appointment time they made was genuine and naturally wouldn't consider allowing such an individual to represent me in any manner whatsoever. Ridiculously horrendous treatment

Me and my wife were in a car accident while sitting at a stop sign. We hired Morgan and Morgan to represent us in the case. They took our info and never reached back out. We had to call nearly a year later to find out any information regarding the case. Come to find out they settled our case without us knowing. Once the issues was found out they called with another lawyer explaining and making apologies for bad services. We were suppose to be paid from the insurance agency directly. I made a call to the insurance company a week later to only find out they never made the call. What's so disappointing is if you listen to the advertisement me and my wife situation was the reason he started the firm. Yet the same thing happened to us. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are the worst! Sorry for any typos but this situation has me highly upset!
I hired Morgan for my SASDI case, and they sent me a bundle of papers@ 50 to fill out and information. Morgan wanted me to do all the work, and it seemed like they were doing nothing. It was overwhelming and frustrating at the same time. I decided to fire the firm and do the process all myself. It took some time and effort on my part, but I ended up winning the case. Most attorneys are in it for the money, so don't be fooled by commercials that claim to give you the world.

I got hit by a car, it was a hit and run. I couldn't get the license plate number and didn't know anything about getting a law firm involved. Some one told me to call these guys and the lady I talked to was absolutely amazing. Very supportive took care of me there was no cost at all.
