I honestly went in blindly, I just knew I needed help and I got A very rapid response from Morgan & Morgan call center. The lady taking notes was very patient and would ask me to go over details. After the report was sent in another rep called me to schedule a time to come to me for more information. The gentleman was very nice and informative. All my meetings with my attorney Jenney Keaty left me feeling hopeful. My word of advice is for these people to do their job right and be thorough, just have patience. My case settled and I am Able to get appropriate closure and put what happened to me behind me. I can really go on about how awesome the Morgan and Morgan team are. But there are not enough words.

I have been dealing with this firm for a few years. I was bounced from attorney to attorney with a total of 4. This was one of the worst mistakes of my life! After having surgery and tons of medical bills they decided to drop my case 3 weeks before my final deposition. The supervisor over the last attorney contacted me saying the previous attorney which was the first attorney moved to a different department, which was a lie he as well as the second attorney went to different law firms. The last attorney I was bounced to didn't want to take my case because they was overwhelmed, she told me my case was given to them along with over 50 others. Between all of the attorneys and the years this case has been going I only spoke with them no more than 20 times. All of the prior attorneys have gone to different firms. It's extremely hard to find another attorney this late in the case. How can someone with any conscience leave a client in such a horrible situation. How is this "For The People"?

My medical Information was stolen due to a hack and I wanted to speak with someone about taking legal action. I called twice and was hung up on both times. I was very respectful and went above and beyond to provide as much information as I could. I asked the lawyer if she would like me to send a copy of the letter I received and she hung up.

I hired Morgan and Morgan as my attorney to represent me on Ozempic mass tort claim.
I got nothing but the runaround for almost six months not hearing from anybody at all
One of my attorney, if you wish to call her that, finally called me back. Kathy Chambers was rude, obnoxious and condescending. Then she had audacity to hang up on me
Today, after speaking to my paralegal on the case, I received a disturbing text saying they dropped my case, no further explanation.
Morgan and Morgan has no consideration for clients whatsoever.

Was t-boned by lady who blew her red light, had video surveillance of her 100% in the wrong. My case had potential for over 100,000, they got me 3,000! Truly laughable, except my neck is still killing me :( Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy, hopefully this steers at least one person away, they are so insensitive.

Also RIP to my totaled first ever car, you saved our lives!

I called M&M and got an inexperienced person reading from a generic Q-card, for 30 minutes then could not explain because he was not a lawyer and you could not explain it with him understanding situation. So I'm just a Nobody is just B.S. So hope this helps more than I got. Signed Just A Nobody.

I called to see about a wrongful death on behalf of my beautiful daughter and because I was not going after a hospital or big hot shot business I was shut down ammediatly. Didn't even get a chance to explain the people that killed my daughter live in a 1.2 million dollar home comfy as possible while I suffer from ptsd now from walking in and finding my daughter. They cared less to even hear me out to know that states attorney now have my babies case and I wanted all parties involved to pay for their mistakes. So when Morgan and Morgan state they don't only handle small cases I disagree full heartedly..

I really can't describe my experience but the lady on the phone that took my call very helpful I'm very patient and really want to know if she could have made you wait what I told her to see if Morgan & Morgan come help me with my current situation you put me on hold she came back and told him they would take my case no doing the pause I heard mr. Morgan talkin about his brother Tim got hurt it didn't wear years ago I really don't know why I got very emotional because he said he cared about the little people I'm not look for if I don't have a real situation but with him to say we said was very very humble and gracious. If they'll take your case, use them. I tried local 3 lawyers I knew personally and they couldn't touch a case or come near the results Morgan and Morgan got me. I hesitated to use a firm like this but they are the modern business plan for a legal practice. Cases have overhead and small firms can't write off what they can. Plus their lawyers are great and I think on salary. Even on issues the can't help with they have still been polite and didn't waste any of my time.
Best Civil Lawyer Firm in the Nation. Unfortunately I've had horrible civil lawyers, they appear to only hire great ones. And they don't just have one. In a jurisdictions they aren't open in yet I had to pay 50% to get screwed and I'm still dealing with my insurance company Bc another firm didn't close the case out right.

Morgan & Morgan has made this process as pain free as possible so far.
I feel heard and valued. Recently I wanted to make a change with my Chiropractic care and, Lisa, the representative I've been working with, made that happen quickly and she assured me (again) that the folks at Morgan & Morgan's first priority is that I get well and feel comfortable with the care I'm receiving.
It feels good to know that Morgan & Morgan has my back (literally).
