I simply googled best attorney for uninsured motorist claim. Morgan & Morgan came up as the Top Law Firm. I read about the firm and filled out the form that was online regarding my accident. My car accident was over a year ago and my car insurance has done nothing... Also, I had spoken with an attorney who assured me he would get started on my case right away. I owe over $30,000 in medical bills and the other driver hit me. I was sitting still in my car. The other driver had no insurance or driver's license, but he is able to retain an attorney? Both bones in my left arm were broken and I was off work for (3) months. This was during Corona so I was only allowed by my employer to take (30) hours per. Week of my sick time. I am a surgery scheduler so I type for a living. I am so THANKful I found Morgan & Morgan. Each person I have talked with has been kind, professional and compassionate to my situation.

Well this is my first time ever looking for help in my situation. I am physically disabled to do any kind of physical work and injured while working. I had no clue how to go about getting help and with a simple phone call, they seemed to want to help me. Which was refreshing to hear.

I was pumping gas when the nozzle detached from the hose and doused my body head to toe in gasoline. The GM of the Dunkin' Doughnuts did an emergency shut off for the pumps when I went to the drive thru window telling her what happened. She saw gas going everywhere and quickly responded. They got me wet towels. After leaving the station, my skin began to burn and all I could smell was gas fumes when I took a breath.

It's been a trying many months but I feel like progress has been made with my physical health. Morgan & Morgan has directed to the best doctors who have so far helped me with each problem caused by my auto accident.
I was on the phone waiting to talk to someone about a consultation appointment i was trying to set up and was told i would have to wait hours because they were dealing with a big client that had priority over me, the receptionist then goes on to say that maybe if i was suing someone like Mike Tyson then maybe I'd get some help sooner... i was in shock when i heard that, who even says that to someone? I was comfortable talking with the lady who I consulted with. (Wish I remembered her name.) I am hoping to resolve this matter as smoothly as possible with your guy's help. Thank you and hopefully something good can come out of this situation and ensure this won't happen to anyone else. I was in tears over this situation and thankfully my 4 year old daughter was not there this night as it may have been much worse.
To anyone considering their services, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. The initial promises of dedicated service and client care were not upheld in my experience. Save yourself the time, stress, and aggravation of dealing with a company that fails to communicate and follow through on their commitments. There are plenty of other law firms out there that will treat you with the respect and professionalism you deserve.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Morgan & Morgan and strongly advise potential clients to steer clear of this company. I hired them to handle a legal case, which was settled for $25,000. However, despite the case being resolved, I have yet to receive my settlement.
The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of communication. Janet Berry Hansberry was my case manager, and Andre Marques was the principal attorney. Once the case was settled, there was absolutely zero communication from them. I have spent countless hours trying to get in touch with someone at Morgan & Morgan, making numerous phone calls and sending multiple emails, but I have received no response whatsoever. It is unacceptable to be left in the dark with no updates or explanations, especially when it concerns such a significant amount of money.
This lack of responsiveness is not only unprofessional but also incredibly stressful and time-consuming. I trusted Morgan & Morgan to handle my case efficiently and to provide the necessary support and communication throughout the process. Instead, I have been met with silence and frustration at every turn.
This has been by far the worst law firm I have ever used in my life, hard to get call backs, and still haven't received any of my settlement and the case was settled in June and it's august. Not to mention the attitudes that the principal Attorney and the other person that handles the case was. They acted as if I work for them, I'm just ready for this all to be over and I definitely won't contact again!
I am so thankful for the Team that I was given, I have been fortunate to get placed with people that really are "For the people". They made things very understandable, were honest with me every step of the way and treated me with respect and not at all just like a client!

This law firm is completely horrible my wife case has been through three different lawyers in this firm and still they keep telling her that they are waiting for a response from the insurance adjuster it's been six months since her accident and no one ever calls her she has done all of the calling and still no progress, I had better results with my accident case without a lawyer.

The staff was super! The initial person that I spoke with was very kind & sympathetic- as was the case worker he transferred me to.
It was a huge relief that I didn't have to wait on hold a long time when I called because I'm already extremely stressed and very frustrated and emotional about this whole accident.

They checked on me often to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed anything.

Been 1 yr. Nothing settled. Lawyer is more concerned about other people in accident and not about their clients. No bills paid and bills going into collections. Have done nothing but put their expenses in the billing. It got there first,,,, My husband is still in pain from the accident that was not his fault, The doctors they recommended only put him in more pain. Stay away from this lawyer. Advertises local lawyers and first lawyer that called said she was from Florida...

After my car accident they were in touch with me after my first phone call. They were taking pictures of the wreck site, my totalled vehicle, my injuries. They are wonderful

I called Morgan & Morgan and spent close to an hour with someone who had a hard time communicating with me due to her poor English... When I finished the initial intake she said it would take a week or two for lawyers to review and they would get back to me if they thought there was merits to take the case... I then got 9 separate phone calls over the next 4 days wanting to take the same intake over again not realizing I had already given the information to someone... On each following call they said they would put information into the computer so no one else would call me... Not what happened... So frustrating when you have issues.
