Focus Camera

I was searching online for a particular expensive coffee machine. I came across Lifestyles by Focus. They had what I was looking for at the best price. Having never heard of this company I had some concerns but after online due diligence I felt I was dealing with a professional and reliable source. My order arrived in two business days in perfect condition. I highly recommend and will be checking with Lifestyle by Focus in the future if I have any needs.

By far not a "cheap" product-functions at the level of $1000+ models! Recommended for anyone wanting a quality thermal but can't justify the high price tag on models that perform the same (if not, sometimes less features).

Focus said 2 business days and maybe one since we are in Va. Which meant my camera should arrive Thursday - it is sat and tracking is terrible. They shipped dbl which hands off to usps. I will give it to Sunday and will go to Best Buy. Will never purchase from here again. Band h or adorama, never issues with shipping. Bandh was out of stock and adorama didn't have exactly what I wanted. Focus said we have no control over shipping yet they do— they pick the shipping and Dhl usps is a terrible choice

Paid 15 extra for delivery, its been a week and package hasn't hit the carrier. I contacted FedEx and they haven't received any package, focuscamera blames FedEx and is trying to con me out of my money. I just filed with the better business bureau and will do a fraud chargeback with my bank tomorrow. This has been a horror story

The iSi Flex-it Silicone Measuring Cup Set is wonderful! I use it in place of all my other measuring cups, especially the heavy glass ones. The price was very reasonable compared to other websites.

They had a great price on the optics I ordered. Everything was quick and easy from the ordering process to the payment. Their site is easy to use and maneuver. I would definitely buy from them again!

Came on the correct date. And everything was in perfect condition. The price was the best. Telling friends about this sight...

I contacted Focuscamera thru Ebay to confirm the item described was indeed the one I am ready to purchase from them and Raul in TWO times approved the item description and price. I paid for the Fiio M17 and I was charged immediately to my credit card. The product was shipped within three days and after waiting about a week, just one day prior for FedEx to delivery it THEY canceled the delivery. I contacted them again to figure out the reason and Raul started blaming me saying I CANCELED IT. FedEx said the SELLER requested the product back NOT ME. The next day they were saying there was a mistake on the product sent out to me and they will refund the money back paid by me. Beware when dealing with this company. They will not honor their product nor descriptions errors on their end. Customer service has been generally useless to deal with. Customers considering products from Focus Camera can easily find a better customer experience from another seller/vendor. Buyers beware. Do NOT believe these reps Joyce P, Raul, Saiyad, Joe they are misleading customer service representative people. Horrific experience. Not saying I missed the Friday Thanksgiving specials waiting this company to stand behind their mistakes. A customer satisfaction must be first. Also Focuscamera claim to be FIIO USA retailer and is NOT TRUE check Fiio official website. Scams. They hire FedEx with a low shipping rates that they will not ask for signature when a cost of thousand or more dollars items are delivered left at your door.
